To conclude, every colleges student experience stress in different ways caused by their daily school

activities like lab reports, exams, homeworks, presentation and so on, some other students experience
also family stress caused by the problems within their family. College can be a big change in someones
life, it is both exciting and scary for newcomers due to enormous change that accompany the transition
from high school to college. Majority of people in the society today face stress, this stress continue to be
a big problem for most people because it controls them and give them panic and many other possible
symptoms may arise such as headaches, pain, sleep disturbances, insomnia, upset stomach and many
others.
