1) The entire layout sketch with Survey no superimposed ,with linear measurement of each
Plots ,Width of the Road, approach to the Public road to be made.
2) No of Plots Registered prior to 22-10-2016 to be made in tabular column with the present
owner,Sale Deed date ,Document No, Survey No and Linear Measurement.
3) OSR of 10% if available to be shown or in the alternative 10% of the value as per the Guideline
to be made to the Government.
4) The Authorities within 15 days from the date of notifying the Rules have to take list of all
Layouts and submit to the Town Planning Authorities.
5) We can also submit the same to the Authorities namely BDO in Village Panchayat,Executive
Officer (EO) in Municipalities and Town Panchayat, and Commissioner in Corporations.
6) On submitting the Plan the Authorities will give IN PRINCIPLE approval of the Layout.
Subsequently each Plot Owners has to regularise their Plot by paying the following amounts
Regularisation Charges:-
A) Rs 9.30/ per sq ft in Corporation Area
B) Rs 5.60/ per Sq ft in Municipal Area
C) Rs 2.80/ per Sq ft in Village Panchayat Area

The above is in addition to OSR amount if there is no Open Space available in the Layout
10% on the Guideline Value which has to be divided among all Plot Owners.
1) Layout Sketch with Survey Nos Superimposed with Linear measurement of all Plots.
3) Sale Deed for the entire area of prior owner their Patta, Chitta, Adangal, FMB, Settlement
Register.
Each Individual has to submit their Sale Deed registered prior to 20-10-2016 along with Patta ,Chitta,
Adangal, EC in respect of that Plot, FMB with the payment as mentioned above.
Note:
3) For unsold Plots ---value fixed by the Registration department on the date of issue of In-
Principle approval of Layout.
4) For OSR--- 10% as per the above
