The on-the-job training opportunity I had with New San Jose Builders, Inc. was one of the best
experience in my college life. The chance of learning new things and undergoing professional development
were enough reason to be thankful.

I express my deepest gratitude and special thanks to Arch. Bobby Dizon and Engr. Elmer C. Ciervo
Jr. for accepting me as an intern in the Victoria de Manila II project and also in taking time to hear, guide, and
keep me on the correct path.

I also want to thank Engr. Marithoni Balangon and Engr. Gerardo Robles for guiding me in developing
my skills. All the things you have shared to me were valuable for my study both theoretically and practically.

To Engr. Cherry Casuat, for helping me in every paper works struggles I had and for guiding us on
