Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I dont like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
The challenge has been and continues to be my second motivation to overcome
the obstacles. I try of achieve it and go to the win.

I think the security is the most important, because is synonymous of confidence

and a person always must to believe initself.

Independence has been very important in my academic and work training.

Beacuse I can do the things to way me.

The interest has been my engine to put enthusiasm in the things that I do.

Variety is good not to fall into monotony.

The Relationships are good to make friends with people who share my same
interestsand dreams

Money has been my motivation even with because money we can aspire to live a
better life.

Working hard and seeing the results in your lifestyle is also a good motivation.

The recognition of the people is a reward immaterial that makes me think that all
the effort put into my activities was not in vain.

The competence it inspires me to constantly and to be first
