that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

How will churches be affected?
Many churches will be caught because children can attend multiple events in one week. In addition to Sun-
day school, a particular child could also attend a baptism or confirmation class, choir practice and youth
group. These will be added together (aggregated) to give the total time a child spends under instruction by
the church. One-off events such as holiday Bible clubs would also be counted.
A child may exceed 6 hours attendance every week, or just for some weeks of the year. Registration is trig-
gered in both cases. This results in all activities, including the Sunday school, being subject to potential in-
spection. Wales - The Welsh Government has also held a consultation on a similar scheme for Wales, last
year

RAISE REPORT FROM AROUND OUR DISTRICTS
From Gen Sup Tweets: Jan - Mar 2017. Summary Praise Reports From Around the Districts in Tabular Version
Church & Activity/ Report Month
Where Event /Year
Liverpool Normal A man we baptized last December received the Holy Ghost last Friday. 2 March 2017
UPC Services weeks ago he was given days to live, his wife said on Friday that he was
Pastor John Hemus waiting for "the Pastor" to come and pray for him. In a very weak frail body
I watched Jesus Christ gently fill his soul. He was born again of the spirit
and water, whatever happens to him now, he is in the hands of the living

BREXIT, DEFENDING THE TRUTH AND OUR SUNDAY SCHOOLS - Its Time to Pray for our nation
Its been nine months since Britain stunned the world by voting to leave the European Union. Last week, Britain moved
one step closer to taking back its sovereignty, and avoiding the regulations of the EU, when it was announced that Prime
Minister Theresa May plans to invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty on Wednesday, March 29 and there is the case for
Scotland to remain in the EU with her recent call for independence. There is going to be a reshaping of relationships both
within the United Kingdom and the European Union that will likely have long lasting consequences on us. This calls for
our prayers for those in government having the responsibility to make these tough decisions about our future
Denying The Truth - Laws are enacted to protect and defend the truth but when these truths are trivialised or ignored
then lies are given room to propagate among people with dire consequences. Hell truly enlarges itself when truth is de-
prived (see Isaiah 5:13, 14). History suggests that when the law makes it illegal to tell the truth as the case of the street
preacher convicted in court for saying Jesus is the only way to heaven , a reliable portion of people can be called upon to
lie to justify their shared and convenient truths as Romans 1:25 warns us. So it has been in the past. And so it will be
with todays secular world. So it would be anywhere once the law became an opponent of truth rather than the protector
of it. Its time to pray and live courageously and not to deny the truth in the face of opposition and persecution in our land
