2. TR: Good morning AC manager, I will give you 10 rating sheets, 1 assessor guide, 10
candidate guides and 10 CARS.
4. AC MANAGER to ASSESSOR; These are the documents that you needed for the
assessment. Here are 10 rating sheets, 10 candidate guides, 10 CARS, 10 Filled-up self
assessment Guide of candidates, 10 application forms and 3 attendance sheets.
5. ACM to ASSESSOR; Lets us check the facilities, tools and equipment that were going to
use during the assessment.
6. ASSESSOR: The facility is safe and tools and equipments are complete and we are ready
for assessment.
Assessor: Good morning everyone my name is Ryan Bantados and Im your accredited
competency assessor for Driving NC II.
Assessor: I would like to acknowledge the presence of our ACM_______ and our Tesda
Representative________. Good morning mam/sir.
Assessor: You dont have to worry about their presence; they are here to oversee the conduct
of the competency assessment and to check whether the conduct is in accordance with the
prescribed competency assessment methodologies and procedures, they will not assess you.
Assessor: Befoprte we start,please submit your admission slip and as I call your name please
come forward and sign in the attendance sheet.

Assessor: I have here with me your filled up application form and self-assessment guide,this is
an indication that you are ready and prepared for our assessment for today in Driving NC II.
Today I am going to administer the competency assessment for Driving NC II.The
qualifications are compose of Basic, Common and Core competency we have;
Assessor: Now we have a brief orientation about assessment and what are the purposes of
assessment.Btw, what is assessment? Assessment is a process of collecting evidences and
making judgment on whether the competency has been achieved. And the purposes of
assessment are for:
a. Qualification- requirement for training
b. Recruitment- part of recruitment requirements
c. Education/training needs- validate if match with the your industry level
d. Employment classification- for promotions
e. Assurance of Progress- knowledge is based on CS
f. Recognition of Prior Learning.
Assessor: The qualification method is project based type of assessment. We will collect
evidences through written test,you must at least answer 35 out of 50 items to pass the
written test and that is good for 20 mins. For the demonstration-must perform a) pre starting
and warm up of vehicle d) drive and pass the 8 obstacle cones w/o hitting them. c) return to
garage safely which is good for 30 mins..Last is your oral interview,you must answer at least 2
out of 3 questions and good for 10 mins.With a total of 1 HOUR and assessment could be
done within 8 hrs.
Assessor: Btw,Is there anyone here who has different religion other than catholic? Pls let me
know..Is there anyone here who is taking medication that may affect the assessment?pls let
me know.
Okay,if you have difficulty in understanding English language pls inform me because Im
willing to translate it for you in your convenient local dialect.
Assessor: once you are competent,you will be given NCII in driving,after your assessment
count 4 working days,you acan apply at the TESDA Provincial office to claim your NC II,bring
with you the ff.requirements,Your CARS,5o pesos for the processing fee and 1 passport size
picture with white background,and it is valid for 5 yrs.
And if you are not competent,you can apply for re assessment any of your convenient time in
any accredited assessment center.
Assessor:Now before we start,I will assign a number per candidates base on your attendance
sheet and I will give you candidates guide individually and read it for 10 mins.

Candidate 1-10 pls. proceeds at the demonstration area. Candidate #1 pls ride at the drivers
seat,Candidate 2 sit at the backseat area, and the rest will wait at the waiting area.Time
