Disclaimer: - "Lighting Design is based on 0.85 Maintenance factor considering 15 % deprecation of life of light
fixture"

The nominal values shown in the calculation report are the result of precision calculations, based upon
precisely positioned luminaires in a fixed relationship to each other and to the area under examination. In
practice the values may vary due to tolerances on luminaires, luminaire position reflection properties, electric
supply etc. Declared lumen output of luminaire are nominal values which are subject to +/- 10% variation as per
IS. Thus accordingly lux level will also vary. There could be tolerance of +/- 5% due to various reasons. Lighting
calculation done for open area without any obstruction. Tolerance in Supply voltage. Luminaire ambient
temperature. Luminaire dirt depreciation.
