This assignment represents the 20% assessment for this module. The deliverables are:

Assignment Question
Students are required to identify an organisation of their choice and discuss any Three (3)
organisational behaviour elements (choose from the list below) that is practiced in the
organisation and its contribution towards organisational growth and development.
Students are also required to present their discussion in the classroom during week 13.

Marking Criteria

1. Introduction of an organisation 10 %
Brief analysis about the organisation with a clear explanation

2. OB practices in an organisation 45 %
Thorough analysis with a clear and well argued hypotheses on the range of
options - (15 % for each element)

3. Conclusion 10 %
Include recommendations or suggestions or opinion

4. Research and References (Harvard Only) 5 %

Supporting research clearly explained and presented. Thoroughly lists references
that are relevant to the topic. Harvard Referencing is a must. Citation must
include, apart from the normal details, the page number of the where issue for
discussion has been taken from when there is direct citation.

5. Documentation 10 %
Materials are presented professionally using correct grammar, punctuation
spelling and length. Addressed report guidelines.

6. Presentation 20 %
Confident presentation by the students which is clear and supported with correct
information.

subject matter. Minimum reference of 3 given. Minor grammatical errors
and spelling mistakes.
50% 64% No clear understanding of research subject. Insufficient points given and
explanations are unclear or not helpful in clarifying points. Not enough
reference given. Major grammatical and spelling mistakes.
Below 50% You did not show understanding of the subject matter. Points are off-topic
and do not tie back to research. No understanding of theories and
concepts taught. Not enough reference given. Numerous grammatical and
spelling mistakes.
