2. Review of The Literature

Validation Test
Validity comes from the word that have meaning the extent to which the precision and accuracy of a measuring
instrument in doing measuring function (Azwar; 1986). A validation test is used to measure whether or not a
legitimate or valid questionnaires.

Validation Test Technique

1. Total Item Corrected
Validity test used is the item-total correlation coefficients were corrected. According to Kaplan and
Saccuzo (1993: 106): "One item in question is said to be valid and can measure the variables in question
if the validity coefficient value greater than or equal to 0.300". To test the validity of research instruments
in the form score discount levels (ordinal).
2. Product Moment Correlation
The technique used to determine the alignment is Product Moment correlation technique proposed by
Pearson.

Reliability Test
Reliability is a measure that shows that the measuring instruments used in research to treat to have reliability as a
measure, including the measure through the consistency of the measurement results over time if the phenomenon
being measured does not change (Harrison, 2006).
With analysis of the reliability test can be obtained:
A. Knowing how the grains have a question in your questionnaire are related
B. Got a Cronbach's alpha value which is an index of internal consistency of the scale of the overall
measurement.
C. Identifying grains questions in the questionnaire are problematic and should be removed.

Mechanical Test Reliability

1. Mechanical Reliability Alfa Cronbach
Reliability consistency between items (inter-item consistency reliability) is a test of consistency of
respondents' answers to all the items being measured . here is the formula:

2. Spit-Half reliability
Reliability sides-two (spit-half reliability) reflects the correlation between the two parts of the
instrument. Here is the formula:
3. Re-test reliability
Re-test reliability Test is to test the reliability of the measurement instrument / measurement results
obtained from repeated measurements. Here is the formula :

3. Research Methodology
In this chapter will explain the stages of implementation of the study with the flow chart of the methodology. The
flow diagram illustrates the stages of research methodology to obtain research purposes. Flowchart described using
flowcharts.

4. Data Processing Analysis

In the data processing in the module uses several stages to complete management of this data is Test Validity,
Test Reliability, Successive Interval, and Hypothesis Testing. On Validity, we use Corrected Item-Total order
value is more accurate due to count them one by one to enter the results of rating each statement. In Test Reliability,
we used Cronbach Alpha in order to test the consistency of the answers of the respondents to all items that are
measured by rating each statement enter the result and the total yield rating of all revelation. On Successive
Interval, we submit the results of rating each statement to raise the ordinal measurement scale to the scale of
measurement interval. In Hypothesis Testing, we used bivariate correlation for comparing the performance of
lecturers and student satisfaction in order to determine the relationship between the performance of lecturers and
student satisfaction.

4.1 Recap the Amount of Student Data

Recap the amount of student data generation Information Systems in 2014 were selected for the
sample in this study. Here is a recap of the questionnaire results obtained from respondents who have
been determined:

4.2 Sampling
Population
The population that we need from this research are student from Information System in 2014 is
270 students to examine the level of student satisfaction with the lecturers of Physic 2.

Sample
On this research, the sample of 10% from the population. So total students are 270 students
multiplied by 10% equals to 27 students.

Cluster Logical
On this research, we need to determine satisfaction of students to the lecturers of Physics 2 to
know how much satisfaction of students to the lecturers of Physics 2.
Estimated Total Average
On this research, we need to estimate the number of students cluster satisfaction from Information
Systems in 2014. So estimated number of students cluster satisfaction are 38.57142857 or
rounded to 35.6 from the average from the numbers of students.

Total Cluster
On this research, we need to have Number of cluster satisfaction student Information Systems in
2014 the desired force equal to the number of samples divided by the average number of students
to Information Systems in 2014. So the number of clusters required satisfaction is 27 divided by
38.57142857 is 0.7 or rounded to 1.

Cluster Random
On this research, we choose 0.7 or rounded to 1 student from the number of students who have
been selected randomly.

Analysis
From the overall results that FRI-125 must pick SI-38-04 is 1 student that taken by randomly
sample.

Output Statistics Student Value

Skewness -0.910714286
Kurtosis -0.790137615

Based on the results of the histogram value of students, namely:

N = 27

Mean = 70.2963

Median = 72
St Deviation = 9.45359
Etc.

Based on calculations from the data skewness and kurtosis, skewness of data / Std Error Skewness is
-0911, while data kurtosis / Std Error kurtosis is -0.79.

Output Statistics Category Gender

Based on the results of the output diagram in addition, the number of male students is better than the
number of female students. The number of male students is 17 students, while the number of female
students is 10 students. Or in percentage, the male students by 63% and 37% female students. In the
diagram on the right result, male students are more dominant than female students.

Output Statistics Category Value Students

Based on the results in the diagram on the right, the result of the number of students who get A are as
many as four students with a percentage of 14.8%, which is getting AB are as many as 10 students with
a percentage of 37%, the gain B is as much as 5 students with a percentage of 18.5%, which BC is
getting as many as three students with a percentage of 11.1%, while the gain C is as much as 5 students
with a percentage of 18.5%. So if you see a table, the value of AB is dominant because it has the largest
number of students.
