Abstract
The study was conducted on students grade SI-38-04 Telkom University, who had finished the course Physics 2 with a total
sample of 27 people. All activities of the event is the comfort of Physics lecturer 2. Data collection was done by using
questionnaires. The data analysis was conducted by: validity, reliability and conclusion or data verification. Data validation
was done by: perseverance observation and triangulation. Subsequently collected data were processed using SPSS software.
1. Introduction
1.1 Background
Technology is always evolving and progressing, in accordance with the times and the development of human
thinking. The use of computer and communication technology as a tool for managing the work that needs to be
very important that the information that is fast, accurate, reliable and quality into something that is very possible
to do. The quality of information that can be used as a tool for decision making. One method that can be done to
get information about the level of service quality and level of student satisfaction with the service they get is by
conducting surveys. Technology is always evolving and progressing, in accordance with the times and the

that can be done to get information about the level of service quality and level of student satisfaction with the
service they get is by conducting surveys.
1.2 Problem Formulation
1. What is the function and purpose of the questionnaire?
2. Whether students are satisfied with the performance of professors of physics 2?
3. Is the data obtained is valid or not?
Reliability Test
Reliability is a measure that shows that the measuring instruments used in research to treat to have reliability as a
measure, including the measure through the consistency of the measurement results over time if the phenomenon
being measured does not change (Harrison, 2006).
With analysis of the reliability test can be obtained:
A. Knowing how the grains have a question in your questionnaire are related
B. Got a Cronbach's alpha value which is an index of internal consistency of the scale of the overall
measurement.
C. Identifying grains questions in the questionnaire are problematic and should be removed.
2. Spit-Half reliability
Reliability sides-two (spit-half reliability) reflects the correlation between the two parts of the
instrument. Here is the formula:
3. Re-test reliability
Re-test reliability Test is to test the reliability of the measurement instrument / measurement results
obtained from repeated measurements. Here is the formula :
3. Research Methodology
In this chapter will explain the stages of implementation of the study with the flow chart of the methodology. The
flow diagram illustrates the stages of research methodology to obtain research purposes. Flowchart described using
flowcharts.
4.2 Sampling
Population
The population that we need from this research are student from Information System in 2014 is
270 students to examine the level of student satisfaction with the lecturers of Physic 2.
Sample
On this research, the sample of 10% from the population. So total students are 270 students
multiplied by 10% equals to 27 students.
Cluster Logical
On this research, we need to determine satisfaction of students to the lecturers of Physics 2 to
know how much satisfaction of students to the lecturers of Physics 2.
Estimated Total Average
On this research, we need to estimate the number of students cluster satisfaction from Information
Systems in 2014. So estimated number of students cluster satisfaction are 38.57142857 or
rounded to 35.6 from the average from the numbers of students.
Total Cluster
On this research, we need to have Number of cluster satisfaction student Information Systems in
2014 the desired force equal to the number of samples divided by the average number of students
to Information Systems in 2014. So the number of clusters required satisfaction is 27 divided by
38.57142857 is 0.7 or rounded to 1.
Cluster Random
On this research, we choose 0.7 or rounded to 1 student from the number of students who have
been selected randomly.
Analysis
From the overall results that FRI-125 must pick SI-38-04 is 1 student that taken by randomly
sample.
4.3 Data Recapitulation Profile of Respondents
5. Gender Category Gender
Male 1
Female 2
Classification Value
Spanning Value Criteria Value Category Value
80< N <=100 A 1
70< N <=80 AB 2
65< N <=70 B 3
65< N <=65 BC 4
50< N <=60 C 5
40< N <=50 D 6
N <=40 E 7
Here is the result of the questionnaire respondents profile data summary "Student Satisfaction
Analysis of the Lecturer of Physics 2" which have been deployed by our group.
N = 27
Mean = 70.2963
Median = 72
St Deviation = 9.45359
Etc.
Based on calculations from the data skewness and kurtosis, skewness of data / Std Error Skewness is
-0911, while data kurtosis / Std Error kurtosis is -0.79.
Based on the results of the output diagram in addition, the number of male students is better than the
number of female students. The number of male students is 17 students, while the number of female
students is 10 students. Or in percentage, the male students by 63% and 37% female students. In the
diagram on the right result, male students are more dominant than female students.
Based on the results in the diagram on the right, the result of the number of students who get A are as
many as four students with a percentage of 14.8%, which is getting AB are as many as 10 students with
a percentage of 37%, the gain B is as much as 5 students with a percentage of 18.5%, which BC is
getting as many as three students with a percentage of 11.1%, while the gain C is as much as 5 students
with a percentage of 18.5%. So if you see a table, the value of AB is dominant because it has the largest
number of students.

Based on the results of processing and presenting data using IBM SPSS, limit its z value is equal to
1.96 until -1.96. Because the results of its z in accordance with the provisions and use a confidence
interval of 95%, it could be inferred results table beside still between z-value because it is still in the
range of 2 until -2.
Therefore, besides the diagram can be assumed to be a normal distribution of data and forming almost
perfect bell.
Pie Chart
Here are the results pie chart diagram of categories of
