[The camera turns away from him and stop frame, we see night turn into dawn. The day breaks into
color. The camera tracks again on to him in the early morning light.]

VO:

"A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination & hard work". This
phrase suits to Mr. Pramod Gupta. He stepped out of his comfort zone by leaving his high paying
corporate job to build a corporate firm that no one has ever done in logistics business.

Before he made a name for himself in Logistics industry, he worked in a company named Premier Road
Limited back in 1978. His desire to create economic opportunity for everyone and to do things in his
own ways inspired him to set up his new world in the logistics industry.

With financial help from his brothers, he started a small business of transport agency. Working day &
night, round the clock for years, he was successful in setting up his own fleet. But this wasnt enough.

Along with ambition and sharp business acumen, he identified new pathways for fleet business. He
started transportation of different commodities & not restricting himself to one industry. He diversified
the company in various segments. With increasing demand in the field of supply chain management and
shipping solutions, he started that segment as well.

Within a span of 5 years, his Companys business was increased two-fold as compared to the previous
years.

VO: To structure his company in an organized way, He created a corporate and healthy workplace. He
also installed state-of-the-art equipment and provides facilities par industry standards, which
contributed to a comfortable work environment. This made a positive impact on worker morale and
productivity.

To make the company stronger, he partnered with tyre giant - JK tyre, which benefited him in controlling
operational costs without compromising on quality. EFC logistics was the first one to introduce radial
tyres in eastern India. This partnership with JK Tyre made them out stand in the market & create its
own place. Also, He has invested and enrolled his drivers to JK training program to further enhance the
skills of his staff.

In my entire life, I have pushed myself well beyond my limits. Instead of stability, I prefer challenges. I
consider my staff as the pillars of this organization. To make them happy & provide them the corporate
outlook makes me feel proud.

Today, our next generation is much interested in joining the business with me to carry forward the
legacy. It feels good to be a giver and you can too achieve something higher, if you go beyond your
limits.
