Upon consideration of the pro se motion to unseal district court records, the

court denies the motion.

Appellant may raise any issue on appeal he may have with respect to the

protective order or orders filed by the district court.

Appellants informal opening brief must comply with the requirements of

Local Rule 25(c). If confidential material is included in the informal opening brief,

appellant must file a redacted public version as well as a complete version under

seal and file a certificate of confidentiality.

Upon consideration of the motion for extension of time, the court grants

appellant an extension until October 5, 2017 in which to file the informal opening

brief.
