Responsible of overseeing the implementation process of the projects in provincial level to make

sure these are completed within contract duration, specified quality and approved budget.
Responsible of planning, monitoring and quality assurance of the schools O&M operations in
provincial level to make sure these are completed within contract duration, specified quality and
approved budget.
Responsible to analyze the construction supervision reports for the respective Province New
school building/ Rehabilitation of existing schools, track the schedule and cost performance at
provincial level ,pay frequent visits to construction sites , hold regular follow-up meeting with
Implementing agencies, manage Construction Deviations and to provide construction status
Reporting to Regional Construction Manger
Responsible to manage the implementation process of School construction plan in line with the
NESP strategic plan. In addition to this he is responsible to manage the assessment process of the
structural performance of existing schools for disaster risk reduction at provincial level and to
plan mitigation measures and implement retrofitting projects of schools to improve the buildings
performance.
Responsible to carry out the final inspection of the school buildings with implementing agency
before handing over to the ministry of education.

The Regional construction manager Responsible to analyze the construction supervision reports
for the respective Regions New school building/ Rehabilitation of existing schools, track the
schedule and cost performance at country level ,pay frequent visits to construction sites , hold
regular follow-up meeting with Implementing agencies, manage Construction Deviations and to
provide construction status Reporting to ISD Management.

He is also responsible to work with Regional managers for developing School construction plan
in line with the NESP strategic plan. In addition to this he is responsible to manage the
assessment process of the structural performance of existing schools for disaster risk reduction
and to plan mitigation measures and retrofitting strategies to improve the buildings
performance.

Reponsible to supervise the implementation process of 152 Projects located in various districts of
the province

contract
5. initiating the change order requests as well as time extetnion requests
6. Delvering construction projects status report in presentation mode on bimonthly basis
8. certifying the invoices and making sure the invoices are processed smoothly
9.Forwarding technical problem to commitess and follwup
10.proper contract administration at provisial level

Since the officers need to have frequent visits to provinces there is a need to recruit additional 5
engineers one for each region to support the construction officers and to conduct evaluation of
construction projects, the employee will Provide technical guidance to the Provincial
Engineering team EQUIP project and to ensure execution is completed in accordance to
approved international standards, He should be Responsible for support to M&E General
manager to identify trends in the construction projects and to submit report on regional wise and
to ensure the projects are completed within timeline, specification and budget, the employee will
Coordinate and liaise with Sub project contractors for better implementation of construction
projects and to Oversees implementation of construction projects at the regional level, including
technical and administrative aspects of program management . they will be required to visit the
projects for technical evaluation at 50% and 100% progress (for final inspection and before

construction of New school building/ Rehabilitation of existing schools, this includes reviewing
construction progress reports, arranging regular progress monitoring meetings and representing ISD in
working and senior level discussions.

are communicated internally and externally and to Take action to address any issues

6. Lead the existing technical board, outline the gaps in the present designs and approve the technical
changes in designs and support the planning and design section in preparation of modern archive and
modern database system

7. Supervise the on-site monitoring and evaluation of School infrastructure projects, ensuring that they
are being implemented according to designs, schedules, and budgets
