In plain English:

By signing into Capsule Labs Android App you agree not to do anything
malicious with our App, including copying, reproducing, modifying or
distributing it illegally
You have full ownership & rights to all content in the photos and videos in the
Capsule App because they are yours :D
Because we dont produce any of the content, and they will only come from
your smart phone or other devices (e.g. Tablet, computer, Camera, GoPro
etc), or devices of people you have authorize to use with the Capsule
hardware, we will not be held responsible for any objectionable material
that you or those around you are exposed to.
Any data we collect is purely to diagnose our mobile App and to provide
you with a better service e.g. to prevent future App crashes, to know which
feature gets used the most.

In Legal speak:

By signing into the Capsule Android App (Android App) using your email address,
or a Social Media login, you agree to be bound by the Capsule Labs Pty Ltd
(Capsule Labs, we, us, our, Capsule)s terms and conditions set out below.

1. Condition of Use
1.1. Any use of the Application by persons age 13 and below is prohibited.
1.2. You will not, nor allow third parties on your behalf to do any of following:
1.2.1. copy and distribute copies of the Application;
1.2.2. attempt to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer,
disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the
Application;
1.2.3. create derivative works based on the Application.
1.3. You agree that the terms and conditions with your mobile network provider
(Mobile Provider) will continue to apply when using the Application. As such,
you may be charged by the Mobile Provider to access network, resources, or
services while using the Application. You accept responsibility for any such
charge that may arise.

2. Content
2.1. Capsule Labs does not create the content visible on our Android App. This
content will come from Audio, Images, and Videos uploaded to the Capsule
hardware from party or parties you have authorized to access the Capsule
hardware. Under no circumstance will Capsule Labs be held responsible for:
2.1.1. content that you may be exposed to that is inaccurate, objectionable,
inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose.
2.2. You have complete ownership over content you choose to submit via the
Application. Looking Glass may sometimes use this information in the creation
of a better service (see section 4 for details).

3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Capsule Labs does not collect any personally identifiable information from the
Android App, other than for reasons of diagnostic.

Unless directed by you, we do will not share your photos or videos with any third
party.

4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. In no event will Capsule Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, special,
punitive, exemplary or consequential losses of damage of whatsoever kind
arising out of your use or access to the Application, including loss of data or
the like whether or not on breach of contract, tort (including negligence),
product liability or otherwise.

5. General Terms
5.1. Capsule Labs reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing
notifications to you, and you agree to receive legal notices electronically if
Capsule Labs so chooses. In the event of any changes to the Terms, the most
current version will always be accessible from within the Application. Looking
Glass will notify you if a revision is deemed material in our sole
discretion. By continuing to access or use the Application after revisions
become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not
agree to the new terms, please stop using the Application.
5.2. Assignment These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder,
may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Looking
Glass without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation
hereof shall be null and void.
5.3. Entire Agreement/Severability - These Terms and any amendments and any
additional agreements you may enter into with Looking Glass in connection
with the Application, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and
Looking Glass concerning the Application. If any provision of these Terms is
deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the
 minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will
remain in full force and effect.
5.4. No Waiver No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further
or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Looking Glass failure
to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver
of such right or provision.
