BaZi structure is the rather more argue about topic in this industry, second only to the DayMaster
strength. You would have read/encounter the statement am i a follower chart ?, this itself is the
question of structure. In chemical term, it would sound like this is a double-helix, sound totally cool
!. Both diamond and graphite is of same carbon element but are arrange in dierent structure which
give them their property and value. Same with your chart, since everyone is dealing with the exact
same 10 elements, the way they interact give rise to a structure. Structure is the most stable form of
your chart if there is no external pressure apply to it. This is what you are drawn to do, under normal
circumstances.

There are 2 broad group of structure. The vanilla normal structure and the avored special
structure. When the word special is applied, everyone seems to be exited and want to be special.
This hence start the rush to the promise land, in search of sign and hope that their chart is indeed
special.

Normal Structure

The normal group is non other than your 10 gods type. Wealth Structure (DW/IW), Output Structure
(EG/HO), Inuence Structure (DO/7K), Resource Structure (DR/IR) and Companion Structure
(Fr/RW). We can simply identied them via your month of birth branch. Since the month of birth
contain roughly 60%-70% of your entire chart inuence factor. The element that is in your month of
birth branch is usually the chart structure, pending the condition, if any of them actually appear on
the stem (penetrating). If there is none penetrating, then the main Qi win.

Special Structure

The special group is actually those chart that is deform and lopsided. They come in 4 dierent
situation.

Overly powerful (super vibrant structure) type where the entire chart is consisting of one element. A
Jia born in Spring (Yin), Si ing on Chen branch with Hai-Mao half 3 harmony wood frame and
further Yin-Hai 6 combo form wood. Normal circumstances we would not recommend strengthening
the chart, but for this type we push it o the edge and ask to use self and resource element. There are
5 version of them which is the 5 dierent element.

Overly weak (Follower structure) type where the entire chart is void of support element to the
DayMaster. The Daymaster is practically alone and with a lousy resource star. Jia born in Autumn
(Shen), Si ing on Wu day, with Si-You-Chou full metal frame combo. So, for weak chart we usually
try to help it by using delf and resource but for them me send them the nal kick and ask them to just
submit to the greater power. There are 3 dierent type namely, Output (Follow son), Wealth (Follow
Wealth) and Inuence (Follow Power).

Combine away (transforming structure) type where the Daymaster is subject to the 5 heavenly stem
combination and hence got change to some-other element in the process. Any chart with Jia-Ji,
Yi-Geng, Beng-Xin, Ding-Ren and Wu-Gui with the proper month of birth support can result in the
transforming of the DayMaster into a dierent resulting element. This chart is neither here nor there,
you cannot really recommend strengthen or weaken since depending on the Luck Pillar and Annual
Pillar, the transforming condition can change.

Dual element (2 gods structure) type where the chart consist of predominantly 2 elements. You can
have a chart where its Water and Fire, Ren born in Winter (Chou), si ing on Wu with Si-Chou half 3
harmony metal formation (support water). You cannot really recommend strengthening or
weakening since dierent Luck Pillar and Annual Pillar will make one of the element stronger and
hence required management. There are 2 type of them Direct opposing element (e.g. Fire-Water,
Earth-Water)or Direct supportive element (e.g. Fire-Earth, Earth-Metal).

So you have the 4 special brother of Crazy (vibrant), Useless (follower), Blur (Combine) and Schizo
(Dual). These are largely noble chart where they do enjoy wide success and crazy wealth. Here is the
drawback, they dont last long. Once the chart is broken, usually they just dont recover higher you
go, harder you fall.

99% of the time you will just be meeting people with normal chart because those are the people that
actually needed help and survive the process of hardship to come seek help. Special chart people is
too successful to be looking for a reading or its already too late, jaded and dishearten to be bother

Note that there are specially congured chart out there, its dierent from special structure chart. This
is probably worth exploring, but is very hard to remember them. one example is a 3 REN heavenly
stem chart where is destine for massive wealth. Yi-Bing-Ding heavenly stem chart is another example
of special congured chart.

Guys, be happy that you are not part of a special structure chart else you wont be reading this at
all.

Hi Kevin,

Again tq for your latest post on the various bazi structures. The special structure Combined -away
DM into another element Chart which you termed as blur can be rather dicult and tricky to
analyze. Wonder whether you can do a reading on a chart of a similar nature. That would
certainly be enlightening!

If there is 3 harmony combination between month and year e.g Hai Mao in winter with no water
or wood heavenly stem. Does it count as wood structure or water structure? If wood then jia or yi
is the dominant element?

I dont know The Hai-Mao can form or not also is a question, let alone if the chart is wood
supportive or not.

Which it support depend on which is stronger in your chart. Rooted, penetrating, season, main
Qi All needed to be consider.

what actually does it mean when an element appears in heavenly stems in a chart. I
generally read if resource is revealed then ocer becomes favorable for a weak daymaster.

anything in my life?. I did not know what to answer really, her LPs as I remember were all a
mixture of everything wrong for her and I was just starting bazi study so we left each other

Hi Kevin,
nally a more thorough explanation on the special structures thank you! I know another
classication.
So, could you please have a look at this chart: 31.12.1956, 21:30, Germany, long. 12.55 and tell
me, what structure it would be according to you?
The problem is, that as far as I know there is no normal companion structure. I read everywhere,
that Friends and Rob Wealth cannot constitute a structure. Consequently, because in this chart we
have Zi in the month, it cannot be a normal structure.
Despite the predominance of Water, it can neither be overly powerful nor can it be a dual
supporting structure (Metal-Water) because of one HS Fire.
Do you know the structure Break-up of the Yang? What category would it belong to (same for
Coming at Age and a few others dicult to categorize)? Its only criterion is, that a Yang DM is in
Prosperity Peak in the birth month. This would match the above chart. Hence DM is vibrant, but
not necessarily overly vibrant.
I would really appreciate you raising my confusion. :)

Things with Chinese is they love to dramatised naming. Its a rob wealth structure, the kick ass
naming is call GoatBlade or YangRen.

Its a very normal strong water daymaster. Typical competitive people, like to data load people
(come with tons of data analysis support). Work very well in the nancial market.

Can get very very emotional at times. Stop gathering data and start doing execution.

care two gs about nancial business. ;)
I wonder if I could nd some tables listing the yongshen, xishen and jishen for the
structures you mentioned. Or aint there any and you have to deduce them from every
chart separately?

Deduction is mostly separate but same system apply. YONG Shen (useful God) is always
the most useful favourable element. xishen (auspicious God) is the regulating or bridging
element and ji Shen (in auspicious God) is the one you has too many.

Given the chart JIA is a appropriate YONG Shen being able to a ract Geng to a ack while
ren produce, JIA help Wu secure and also produce Bing that will help regulate the water
chart.

The JiShen would be REN, since its already excessive. Hai-Zi-Chou and Shen-Zi-Chen is
both water element combination.

Hi Kevin, just wanted to thank you theres no reply bu on below your last answer.
I realised, that the special structures Break-up of Yang and Coming at Age boil down to the
same result as your normal structures Rob Wealth and Friends resp. do, as the la er Gods as
DHHS in the month branch result always in Prosperity Peak / Coming at Age for the DM (the
criteria for the aforementioned structures)! Same things dierent names, I guess.

It is generally said that when an element is absent from a chart its deemed unusable. Does that
mean if you have ding re in your chart but lack Bing then you cant use bing as your useful god?
or is it limited to basic ve elements only and hence if you have re you would have anity with
both bing and ding?

Useful God will in most situation maintain the integrity of your chart. It prevent the chart from
going into self destruct usually call a collapse chart.

Keep alive to nger another ba le You cannot win all ba le, but if you stay alive, you can
come back for a second round. Hence a lot of emphasis on useful God.
