Above rates is net rate and inclusive of 21% government tax & service charge
Rates are non commissionable
Rates are not to be published in any electronic and or e-portal media without hotel prior approval
24 hour cancellation policy is applicable with one night room charge
Cancelation of guaranteed reservation with issued voucher will be charge as full amount of booking
Every confirmed reservation with guaranteed payment will not valid for early departure, except Hotel prior
approval
All rates is only valid when a copy of the signed contract is returned for our files before the stipulated due date

Room reservation can be done via telephone or email to admin.ts@tamansarihotel.com or

reservation@prasanthi-hotels.com or haniariyanti@gmail.com
Seven (7) days advance reservations are required for group booking more than ten (10) rooms
Check in time is at 2pm and check out time is at 12pm unless agreed and confirmed in advance
Non last room availability policy is applicable
Advanced room payment deposit is required prior to guest check in any failure of payment, normal hotel rates
will be charged directly to the guest, or by issuing voucher.
For non guaranteed reservation the hotel has rights to release the booking by 6pm one day before arrival
without prior notice.
For the same day reservation should be followed with guaranteed payment or issued voucher, otherwise will be
treat as tentative reservation
Only registered guests sharing in the same room is entitled to enjoy your contract rate benefits
Direct credit payment to your company is subject to credit facility approved by our account department only

Cancelllation Policy

Cancellation fee equivalent to one night stay is applicable for cancellation made within 2 days ( regular seasons)
Or 7 days ( high Seasons ) prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the entire stay is applicable for no show and early departure.
