Official Rules and Regulations

Product Review Contest

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. All federal, state, province, territory, local and
municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

1.Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States, ten (10) provinces and
three (3) territories of Canada. Excludes Hawaii and Alaska and all United Sates territories
including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Marina Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S Virgin
Islands. Must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

2. Promotion
The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with, Facebook.

3.Agreement to Rules and Regulations

Participation in the contest constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and
acceptance of all rules and regulations, which are final and binding.

4. Contest submission timeline

The contest begins on September 14th, 2017 at 9:00am EST and ends September 27th, 2017 at
11:59pm EST. Entries that are submitted before or after the contest allotted time period will be
disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the contest using the following

5. How to Enter
Go to www.personaworld.com and submit a product review for your Persona product. Once the
review is submitted, your email will be entered in the draw to win. All entries become property
of Persona World.

6. Prize Drawing
On September 28th, 2017, Persona World will select a potential winner using entries collected
during the duration of the contest. The odds of being selected depend on the number of reviews
received. Persona World will attempt to notify potential winner via Email on September 28th,
2017. If the potential winner cannot be contacted by October 2nd, 2017 at 11:59pm EST,
Persona World will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place from the remaining non-
winning, eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by Email. Prize will be sent approximately 2 weeks after
the conclusion of the contest.

8. Prize
Winners will receive 1 of 3 $100 Persona World gift certificates.
9. General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the contest is impaired in any way
for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention
or other technical problems, or if the contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as
determined by Persona World, it is at the sole discretion of Persona World to resolve. The
contest may be suspended to address the impairment and may be resumed or terminated in a
manner that conforms to the rules and regulations set by Persona World. In the event of
termination, the ability to award the prize at random from eligible, non-suspect entries received
up to time of impairment is up to Persona World. Persona World reserves the right and sole
discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the
operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of the official rules and regulations.

10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of
action arising out of, or connected with the contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the
construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules and regulations,
entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Persona World in connection
with the contest, shall be governed by Persona World.

11. Privacy
Information collected will not be used or distributed for any other purpose than the contest and
marketing material if you should decide to opt-in.
