COMES NOW the Petitioner, by the undersigned attorney, and unto this Honorable Court, respectfully
avers:

1. That petitioner, Francesca Isabel P. Montenegro is of legal age, single, and a resident of
Batangas City, Philippines.

2. That the petitioner be able to apply the principles and methods of statutory construction in further
understanding various cases.

3. That this course would allow the petitioner to explore the use and force of statutes.

4. That the petitioner expects to pass this course and have excellent skills in interpreting statutes for
future purposes.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that
judgement be rendered in favor of the petitioner and that after judgement;
