NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

NOTICE FOR CALLING QUOTATIONS FOR NON-COMPREHENSIVE AMC FOR CCTV
CAMERA SYSTEM & ONE DVR.

IBPS invites Sealed Quotation for Non-Comprehensive AMC for CCTV Camera System
& One DVR for IBPS House, 90 Feet D. P. Road, P. B. NO. 8587, Behind Thakur
Polytechnic, Thakur Complex, Kandivali (East), Mumbai 400101 from the authorized
agencies who full fill the following mandatory condition/requirements.
1) Must have an established office at:-
Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane
2) Must have valid sales Tax / Service Tax number.
3) Must have filed income tax return.
4) The firm/agency must be registered with Maharashtra.
5) The firm/agency must be experienced.

The relative documentary proof in respect of above conditions/requirements

should be enclosed with quotation, without which the quotation will be summarily
rejected.

Technical Conditions
1. Efficient and experienced technician/engineer shall be deputed for attending to the CCTV
Cameras.
2. Any additional work not covered under AMC contract will be paid on the agreed rates before
doing the work.
3. The Contractor shall make use of the existing usable parts of the CCTV system. If additional
parts / cable other than are required, contractor will be allowed to put / lay the new part / cable,
subject to the mentioned in the general conditions.
4. The contractor shall make good any damages done during AMC of the system in operation at
appropriate compensate rates approved by the competent authority of IBPS at prescribed rates.

General Conditions
1. The validity of the contract will be for a period of Two years, i. e. from 01 Feb, 2017 to
31 Jan, 2019.
2. Monthly visit will be carried out by the engineer or any competent person of the
Agency to ensure maintenance of the cameras and its functioning.
3. Complaint call should be attend within four working hours.
4. The contractor should make himself conversant with the work to be quoted. If interested, the
contractor can visit the site before submitting the quotation.
5. The contractor should have Service tax and PAN numbers. Self-Attested Photocopies of
Service Tax Registration and PAN should be attached with the quotation.
6. Must have an established office at, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane.
7. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
8. Payment will be made only through Cheque/NEFT/ECS to the contractor within 30
days of bill forwarding on quarterly basis, at end of the respective quarter. The bill
should be accompanied by the service reports.
9. In case the performance of your agency found to be not satisfactory, the IBPS will
discontinue AMC contract immediately without mentioning any reason.
10. If agency want to discontinue the Non-comprehensive AMC, agency will have to give
2 months notice to IBPS for appointment of another agency for the said work whichever
is earlier.
11. The AMC contract may be renewed for further period of one year on the same terms
and conditions at the discretion of IBPS.
12. Since the Institute is required to maintain secrecy and confidentiality of work, the agency
should take utmost care while deputing the employees in the IBPS, to undertake any work.
13. Security Officer-in-charge can be contacted in case of any query.
14. The quotation should be submitted in sealed cover super scribed Quotation for Non-
Comprehensive AMC for CCTV Camera & DVR System in IBPS House " addressed to the
General Manager (Administration) up to 5.30 p.m. on 13th Jan 2017.
15. The agency representatives is required to attend at the time of opening of the quotations. Date
and time of opening of quotation, 16th Jan, 2017 at 03:30 p. m.
16. IBPS reserves the right to select or reject any or all the quotations received without any
assigning any reasons.
