RECTIFICATION DEED

This Rectification deed is executed at Mumbai on this 22 st day of April 2017 by Fali Vakil
S/o Rhointon Vakil, age 55 , residing at oval Court , Churchgate , Mumbai [herein after called
the mortgagor / Rectifier, which term includes his heirs, executors, administrators,
representatives and assigns successors and assigns] of the ONE PART AND in Favour of
Homi Wadia , S/o Jajoo Wadia , aged 45, about a warehouse located in Colaba village ,
Mumbai [herein after called the mortgagee which terms shall mean and include the respective
heirs, successors, administrators, executors and assigns of the parties] of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the property more fully described in the Schedule hereunder was mortgaged by
the Rectifier/mortgagor in favour of the mortgagee herein by usurfuctary mortgage deed
dated 12/02/2017 and registered as Document No. 1456 of , Addl. book no. 44, volume No.
4 filed at pages 02 to 10 on the file of the Sub Registrar of Mumbai hereinafter referred as
the Principal Deed.

THAT WHEREAS the mortgagor had executed the sale deed, which was registered as
Document number : 1410, page 02 to 08 , dated 12/10/2017 in the office of the sub registrar,
relating to property bearing no.175, in Block F, area measuring 5000 sq. yds situated in area
of and bounded as under :

North : by a 100 feet Road leading to church main road

South : by a house Door No; 24 bearing R.S. No 1609/85 and belonging to Mr. N. lingam

East : a house Property bearing no. 1123 and belonging to Mr. R. Rahul

West : a vacant land bearing no.45

WHEREAS in the Principal Deed dated 12/02/2017 in line 7th of page No. 10 the Survey
number of the property was wrongly typed as XXl/45/103. instead of XXV/23/209. .

WHEREAS this typographical error has come to the knowledge of the above said Mortgagee
and requested the Rectifier/Mortgagor to rectify the same.

NOW THIS DEED OF RECTIFICATION WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

That in the Principal Deed dated 12/02/2017 in line 7th of page No. 10 the Survey number
of the property conveyed is wrongly typed as XXl/45/103 is rectified as XXV/23/209 by this
Deed of Rectification.

That as rectified as aforesaid, the Principal sale Deed shall remain in full force and effect.

That no consideration has been received by the RECTIFIER/MORTGAGOR for executing
this Deed of Rectification.

2017 SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY (Rectified by this deed of Rectification) All that piece and parcel of land including all trees and bushes covering an extent of vacant land of 3 acres. Rahul West : a vacant land bearing no.
