to transact and collect my Transcript of Record and Transfer of Credentials on my behalf. Since I am
currently staying in Manila and studying at San Beda College and it would conflict my schedule since I
have class during this exact day (12 September 2017, Tuesday) and I wouldnt be able to collect it
myself. I am willing to enclose any copy of my identification to prove this request is valid.
