President, Philippine Nursing Association 1. Attendance is a must. Registration will start at 7:00am. Those who will be coming at 8:01am will be considered late; 8:15am onwards will be considered ABSENT, but they are allowed to enter the venue. Same 11:40 – 11:50 Open Forum sanction written in the Life at CEU Handbook will be applied. 11:50 – 12:00 Giving of Plaques 2. Failure to sign the attendance sheet will means forfeiture of participation, thus the student will be considered ABSENT 12:00 – 1:00 PM LUNCH BREAK 3. Students who are absent because they are sick should present a MEDICAL ABSTRACT OF CONFINEMENT made at ER or OPD for them to be reasonably excused 4. Students who are absent will organize a seminar at his/her own expenses and effort. 1:00 – 2:00 Second Registration 5. Upon entering the venue, the students must be orderly and disciplined 6. Digital cameras and videos will be used for DOCUMENTATION PURPOSES. FOR THE LADIES: a corporate ensemble consisting of blouse, skirt should be worn. Blazers are required. 2:10 – 3:10 Third talk Slacks are discouraged.
