Welcome! Please Read First - How it All Works...

Hello Nigel here, with a very warm welcome to 3-Step EFT.

Congratulations on being so open-minded, and willing to join this
Crazy Gang!

I hope that youve already felt significant relief by tapping along

to the Step 1 video on the home page, which is the reason why I
invited you to try Step 1 of 3-Step EFT for free, to prove, for yourself,
just how powerful it can be. Far better than hours of complex
explanations a simple demonstration convinces people in
minutes!

You see, simple problems, such as Aches, Pains, Food Cravings,

Anxieties or Phobias, will likely fade away completely with the use of
Step 1 alone sometimes, almost miraculously, with a single 2-
Minute session, but more commonly with a number of repetitions,
sometimes 2-3 times a day for several days.

Because THE RESULT OF ALL NEGATIVE BELIEFS IS A DISRUPTION

IN THE BODYS ENERGY SYSTEM!

Whatever your problem, mental or physical, its caused by those

disruptions, so those negative beliefs are what you need to clear. All
are hidden by the subconscious mind, to a greater or lesser degree.
You cant easily tell how deeply theyre buried which is why you
can simply follow Steps 1, 2 and 3 repeatedly - until theyre gone!

As I explained in my Free Report, every day, we all have negative

thoughts and negative experiences, which cause negative feelings
right?
Well, those negative feelings are valuable indicators of negative
beliefs, opinions or definitions about yourself, picked up throughout
your life. They are a powerful indication of INNER DISCORD -
between what you've been trained to believe, and what your higher
mind KNOWS to be true about you - that deep down, you're OK!
Those limiting beliefs get buried by your subconscious mind, and
trapped within the body's internal energy system - in the energy
meridians. Like furring of the arteries, they block your body's
natural energy flow, causing physical, emotional or psychological
effects - dis-ease!

So quite simply, those negative, limiting beliefs cause all the

problems which manifest in our lives.

You see, your subconscious ego mind takes charge of all your
beliefs, which it bases on all your life experiences - since day one!
Because it sees that as its legitimate role, it then doggedly reinforces
all those beliefs. Which is great if theyre positive not so much fun
if theyre negative - because your conscious, physical mind directs
your thoughts and actions based on those beliefs most of which
we are not even aware of!

What youre doing with 3-Step EFT is aligning the 3 levels of your
mind. By tapping and talking, you're directly connecting your
conscious, physical mind and body with both your subconscious ego
mind AND your higher spiritual mind, at the same time - bringing
those 3 levels of your mind back into harmonious alignment and
as a result, healing your problems.
Those 10 magic words Im sorry, please forgive me, thank you,
I love you are a conscious acknowledgement of the job both your
subconscious ego mind AND your higher mind are doing to protect
you that youre conscious mind has largely been ignoring until
now!

Listen - your negative beliefs are like weeds growing in the fertile
garden of your mind. Mere seedlings can be easily removed with a
quick tug, pulling up roots and all thats Step 1. Older weeds have
more established roots, so need a little digging to avoid leaving the
root intact. Thats Step 2. And some, like a Giant Hogweed, with
roots growing deep into the ground, require more attention, digging
down to reveal and remove the entire root system, before the weed
is gone for good. Thats Step 3.

Daily, consistent use of 3-Step EFT will allow you to remove all
types of weeds your negative beliefs - step by step, and let your
positive beliefs thrive, allowing you to harvest more health, wealth
and happiness!

Of course, my wish for you is to achieve the fastest possible relief

with your first few experiences of 3-Step EFT to feel results fast!
So, in order to achieve that, we started at the beginning with baby
steps.

See, there are two kinds of problems emotionally simple, or

complex. Complex problems are often hard-to-measure, historic or
chronic, and may have multiple elements, symptoms or causes. They
include trauma - PTSD, grief, betrayal, depression, serious addictions,
OCD, chronic pain or serious illnesses, financial, relationship or
weight issues, self-sabotaging behaviours and limiting beliefs. Rest
assured, all these and many, many more can be easily and effectively
addressed with the full 3-Step EFT process.

Simple problems or negative emotions are usually current or

recent, easy to measure, and most likely have only one component.
Simple issues to work on first, to prove to yourself how well 3-Step
EFT works, are: Aches, Pains, Food Cravings, Anxieties or Phobias. A
headache, for example, or any ache or pain in any part of your body.
A food craving whether for soda, candy, chips or chocolate! An
anxiety maybe about going into hospital, taking a test, or attending
an interview. Perhaps you have a phobia a fear of spiders, snakes,
dogs, needles or heights. Or maybe, youre feeling anxious about a
future event, or jealous or just stressed because your boss yelled at
you today!

Now, read the detailed instructions for Step 1 then youre all
set to tap along again to stop your suffering fast!

3-Step EFT Step 1 Tap the Problem

Ok so Im hoping youve watched the first video, How to Tap,

and actively tapped along with the Step 1 video on the home page
and that you felt some relief! Whether you need to tap again for
complete relief from your original problem, or want to tap again for
something new, here are some more detailed instructions for you.

No matter what your problem, you should always start with Step
1, to begin the process.

The reason Step 1 alone often works so fast for some problems,
is that the underlying cause the related negative belief - is close to
the surface of your subconscious mind, so its easily removed
without too much digging. Such problems are usually recent, not
causing too much distress, and easy to measure. If, however, you
dont achieve complete relief with Step 1, then Step 2 will move you
on.

If your problem has a number of obvious symptoms, you should

try using Step 1 for each of those symptoms, and see what happens.
Being specific is a vital part of the process so hay fever, for
example, may benefit from tapping separately for itchy eyes, runny
nose, sneezing, or blocked sinuses. You wont necessarily need to tap
for all the symptoms conditions often clear completely after
tapping for only one or two!

Similarly, with more emotionally complex problems, for

example PTSD or depression, you should still use Step 1 to tap on the
major specific symptoms or aspects - insomnia, nightmares, intrusive
memories, anxiety, panic attacks etc. Check progress, then move to
Step 2 as required for each symptom in turn.

Remember, more emotionally complex problems are often

hard-to-measure, historic or chronic, and may have multiple
elements, symptoms or causes. They include trauma, grief, betrayal,
depression, serious addictions, OCD, chronic pain or serious
illnesses, and self-sabotaging behaviours leading to financial,
relationship or weight issues.

There are 3 similar short sections in each tapping video For

Step 1 they are: -
A) An Initial Set-up Phrase, when tapping on the side of the hand
for example [I have this splitting headache], [I have these itchy
eyes] or [Im anxious about my operation].

B) A Reminder Phrase, when tapping on the head and body

points for example [this splitting headache], [these itchy eyes] or
[this anxiety about my operation].

C) A Final Positive Feeling Phrase, when tapping on the side of

the hand again I now prefer to feel aligned, inspired and peaceful
inside.

Be as specific as you can about your problem, as it feels to you,

for example [this throbbing pain in my head], or [these irritating,
itchy eyes]. Dont be afraid to express how you really feel, in
language that feels right for you for example [this overwhelming
chocolate craving], or [this embarrassing fear of spiders] maybe
even use profanity if thats how you would describe it!

Enter your short reminder phrase in the blue box above the Step
1 video, and rate the intensity level of your problem from 0-10, so
you can check your progress at the end of the video, as the intensity
reduces. A score of 1 means hardly any problem at all, and 10 is the
worst it could be. If you cant easily rate the intensity, dont worry -
just guess! And when you start tapping dont be concerned
whether youre doing it right all tapping is good so you really
cant it wrong. But of course, practice makes perfect and I hope
youll soon see how life-changing this simple daily practice can be!
As you tap, you may well find yourself yawning, or even giggling!
Thats great dont fight it its a powerful indication that your
energy is shifting, and your problem is clearing.

At the end of the video, check the intensity level of your problem
again, and enter it in the blue box, to check progress. If it hasnt
changed, simply repeat Step 1 until your problem starts to shift. And
if it goes up a little at first dont worry youve simply got more
focus on the problem so keep tapping! If the intensity has reduced,
but not gone completely, try tapping along to the video again, for the
remaining problem for example, [this remaining headache], [this
remaining itchiness], [this remaining chocolate craving] or [this
remaining anxiety].

Repeat the video as often as needed to get the intensity down

below a 3, which usually means your problem is gone, or going soon!

Although most symptoms do in fact fade away as you tap,

sometimes they take a few hours to clear completely so if you
seem stuck, dont give up take a break, drink a glass of water and
check the intensity in an hour or two. If your problem persists or
youre you feel its maybe more complex, then move to Step 2...

3-Step EFT Step 2 - Tap The Experience.

If you have a simple problem that hasnt shifted yet, or a

problem thats maybe more emotionally complex, then its time to
move to Step 2.

Step 2 Tap the Experience, is designed to allow your

subconscious mind to connect the way your problem makes you
FEEL, with a related life experience which made you FEEL the same
way. This may require a little inspired detective work!

Use the Detective Questions Guide and the Emotions Guide,

now, to identify a related experience, before starting Step 2.

Remember - be sure to check the intensity of your problem,

before and after Step 2. Just as with Step 1, the tapping process itself
often clears the hidden negative belief related to your experience,
and thus your problem, without you even being aware of it
resulting in the relief youre looking for, without any more digging.

Enter your related experience in the blue box above the Step 2
Video, in 7 words or less as if it were a movie or book title, or news
headline.

Rate the intensity from 0-10 now tap...

Always be expecting success - you never know how soon the

relief youre seeking will come!
3-Step EFT - Step 3 - Tap the Belief

Congratulations on following through on Steps 1 & 2. By now, Im

sure, youll be feeling much more positive about the possibility of
creating a new you.

Be easy about it all. The whole process of 3-Step EFT is about

removing negative, resistant feelings of dis-ease, and replacing them
with positive, empowering feelings of self-belief and ease. Now
youre aware of how your problem makes you feel, its easy to
change that one step at a time. And it really doesnt matter how
many steps it takes to achieve the specific result youre looking for.
Although youve reached Step 3, Im sure youll see that youre not at
the end youre just at the start of a new daily practice, ready to
create that new you, in just 10-20 minutes a day.

Now, its time to finally rid the garden of your mind of all those
weeds, and plant some positive seeds of peace, joy, love,
appreciation, kindness, compassion, wisdom, patience, courage and
enthusiasm in your own life.

Step 2 has helped you to make the emotional connection

between your problem and a related event. Now youve identified
the specific negative emotion youre feeling and a related event -
its time to identify the negative belief behind it.

If you havent already identified a negative belief, simply

remember the way your problem makes you feel, and ask yourself

What would I have to believe is true about myself to make me

feel that way? You will then discover what belief or definition you
have.

When you make that definition conscious, if it is a definition that

is out of alignment with your true self, it will suddenly appear
illogical and nonsensical - and you can let it go.

You are unconscious about many definitions or belief systems

within yourself. You can't feel any way about anything unless you
believe something to be true first. So to get unstuck, you need to
discover what beliefs and definitions are giving rise to the emotions
you are experiencing.
FIRST - own the emotion - you can't change what you don't own -
then acknowledge that it's giving you a signal - that you're filtering
your energy through a negative belief system. You have to bring it
from the unconscious mind to the conscious mind, because once you
identify the belief, then you are capable of letting it go resulting in
the healing youre looking for.

What's generating that feeling? What kind of belief or definition

would you have to buy into in order to feel that way?

Once youve identified a negative belief about yourself,

summarise it in 7 words or less, and enter it in the blue box above
the video, and rate the intensity from zero to ten.

Now tap...

As you tap along to Step 3, dont be surprised if a more accurate,

or totally different belief comes to mind. Thats fine. Its the final part
of the process at work! Simply reset the blue box, enter the new
belief and tap for that. If needed, return to the Detective Questions
Guide and repeat Step 2, for additional clues to the target feeling or
belief.

3-Step EFT Step 2, Detective Questions Guide

If you havent yet achieved complete relief by tapping for your
problem in Step 1, you simply need a different approach to dig a
little deeper, and remove the root cause the limiting belief behind
your problem - consciously or unconsciously. Trust me its there,
below the surface all you need to do is uncover and gently
deactivate it. And the tapping youve already done for your problem
using Step 1 has already begun that process for you unconsciously!
So how do Detective Questions help?
Well, the incredible magic of 3-Step EFT is that you can try it
on everything and with diligence, persistence and experience, you
can nearly always find relief. However, we are all subjected to
millions of negative influences in a lifetime, resulting in literally
thousands of potential maladies, whether of the body or the mind.
The basis of A Crazy Cure is that, in fact, they all have an emotional
cause and I sincerely hope youre beginning to recognise that, as a
result of the relief youve achieved so far.
But of course, for that very reason, no two problems have
identical causes because no two human lives experience identical
emotional influences. Each of us is unique, with our own unique
problems, with their own unique emotional causes. So you sometimes
need to do a little detective work, to identify the specific negative
emotions indicating limiting beliefs UNIQUE to your life experience,
and to each of your problems.
Please remember that, as you read this guide. Its aim is to give
you the simple tools to help you find relief from every conceivable
kind of problem, whether now, or in the future. All manner of
problems physical, emotional, psychological, self-sabotaging
behaviours can be helped by using the same, simple 3-Step EFT
process. So a question that may seem to have no relevance to your
life experience may be the precise one that helps a friend or family
member or maybe even you, in months or years to come!
You may recall me stating - THE RESULT OF ALL NEGATIVE
BELIEFS IS A DISRUPTION IN THE BODYS ENERGY
SYSTEM.
It is that disruption, caused by unconsciously holding onto some
negative, limiting belief, which is causing your problem, whatever it
is and no matter how incredible or unlikely that may seem! Stick
with me and all will soon become clear.
What you are targeting with 3-Step EFT, you see, is not the
problem itself, but ultimately, the specific negative belief causing the
energy disruption which led to your problem. If the negative belief
and therefore your problem - hasnt cleared unconsciously so far,
using Step 1, then its time to ask yourself some questions to help you
more consciously identify the negative emotion indicating the
limiting belief. Youre simply searching for clues to reveal the root
cause of your problem.
At first it may feel quite awkward to ask such questions, and be
truly honest with yourself. After all, youve maybe lived with this
problem for quite some time. It may even have become part of your
identity - because your subconscious mind wants to protect you and
keep you safe in your comfort zone. Until now, you probably didnt
even know how to identify the root cause much less remove it,
quickly and easily.
But your negative feelings, beliefs or self-sabotaging behaviours
will never serve you no matter how normal or even comfortable
they feel so lets get rid of those weeds from the garden of your
mind, and make room for beautiful flowers to bloom!
YOU KNOW, DEEP DOWN, THAT YOURE OK!
So, continue by asking yourself gently

How does having this problem make me feel?

How does it limit my daily life?

Or ask

If there was a negative emotion behind this problem, what

would it be? and see what answer you get...
How does this problem make you FEEL?
Does your problem make you feel...

Annoyed, angry, afraid, alone, blocked, burdened, criticised,

defeated, disappointed, discouraged, disgusted, embarrassed,
exhausted, fearful, foolish, frightened, frustrated, guilty, hated,
helpless, imperfect, irritated, judged, let down, miserable,
overlooked, overwhelmed, pathetic, pissed off, powerless,
punished, resentful, restricted, sad, silly, tense, tested, timid, ugly,
uneasy, unloved, unworthy, useless, victimised, vulnerable, weak
or any other specific negative emotion?
To help you decide, there are over 500 listed in my Emotions
Guide and Ill bet you can come up with some more of your own!
Its all about how it feels, how it feels, how it feels!
But please - dont criticise, blame or judge yourself for any
negative feelings that arise. Whatever the root-cause its not your
fault you didnt deliberately plant those weeds in your mind! The
seeds (negative emotions) which youve ignored and left to grow
were planted there unconsciously by a negative experience resulting
from a limiting belief.
Simply identify the emotion, if you can, and youll be well on
your way to finding the relief youre looking for.
Whatever feeling comes to mind, now take a few moments to
consider what negative events in your life, or limiting beliefs, may
have made you feel the same way! You see, whether your problem
arose in the last few hours, many months or even many years ago, it
was highlighted by events or experiences triggered by a negative
belief, which resulted in a negative emotion. That belief is now
rooted in your energy system, whether as a mere seedling or a Giant
Hogweed, which is whats causing your problem.
If you have an occasional headache, for example, it is likely
triggered by recent stress some emotional pain in your life, today,
which is often relatively easy to identify, and clear.
Arthritis pain, for example though, may be much more
longstanding, and perhaps result from historic feelings of
unworthiness, or feeling victimised, for example. Like weeds, such
feelings grow over the years, and may manifest themselves, sooner or
later, as that arthritis, or maybe another medical condition.
Whether those feelings were triggered days, months or years ago,
by specific negative events, experiences, or limiting beliefs, once you
begin to identify how your problem makes you feel, right now, you
can no doubt recognise that those same negative feelings occur on a
regular basis.
Sometimes though, the subconscious mind needs help to join the
dots to make those connections, and reveal the full picture - before
your problem is successfully tapped away for good.
Detective Questions help you to make a conscious connection
between how your problem makes you feel, and specific events or
beliefs, past or present, which gave you the same feeling.
Do, please, keep an open mind. This whole concept is probably
very new to you. Its often surprising, even intriguing, to discover
what seemingly unrelated events have arisen from buried negative
beliefs that are the root cause of your problems and to discover that
simply tapping for the related event, or feeling can cure your
problem!
You dont need to understand it or even believe it! All you need
to do is follow the simple 3-Step EFT process and make that
connection, unconsciously, or consciously then the tapping
process deactivates it!
So the purpose of asking yourself further Detective Questions is
to help identify any specific events or limiting beliefs, past or present,
that are directly connected to the negative emotions which are the
root cause of your problem. You can then tap along to Step 2 for a
specific experience, before moving to Step 3 - Tap the Belief, and,
somewhere along the way, feel the relief youre hoping for.
Just trust that deep down, you do know, and let your thoughts
and feelings flow...
First, ask yourself

Whats going on in my life that makes me feel the same way?

Or perhaps ask...
When did this problem start?

What was happening in my life around that time?

What feelings do I have about that?

Is there some specific negative event that maybe triggered the
same feeling for you, such as the death of a loved one, the breakup of
a relationship, an argument, or anger about someone or something?
The time your problem started can give you a strong clue to an event
you need to tap on in Step 2, in order to make the connection, before
tapping away the target belief in Step 3.
For example: I lost my job... I failed that exam... My Mom died...
I quit college... My partner left me... I had that accident... My dog
died... I left my partner...
Even if it seems totally unrelated to your current problem -
which it may well do whatever comes to mind, summarise that
event in 7 words or less, just like a movie, book title or newspaper
headline for that event. Enter it in the blue box above the Step 2
video, rate the intensity then tap!
Remember youre targeting the underlying emotion behind the
event. As with Step 1, your problem may simply clear,
unconsciously, as you make the connection, and break it by tapping
along to Step 2 for that related event.
Let me give a brief and highly useful example. My friend had her
purse stolen, containing keys, phone, wallet, passport and numerous
other important documents it was quite a filing cabinet! A few days
later she developed a sharp pain in her side, which she was convinced
was as a direct result of carrying her baby around town for most of
that day. Shes familiar with 3-Step EFT, so I suggested we tap
together. Using Step 1 a few times for [This sharp pain in my side],
resulted in only partial relief. Knowing what had happened recently, I
suggested tapping about her stolen purse. She couldnt see how it was
related, but was happy to tap Even though [My purse got stolen] I
know, deep down, that I'm OK... Still no reduction in the intensity of
the pain.
So I then asked her how she felt now about her purse being
stolen? (A simple Detective Question!) Maybe a feeling of bitterness,
or resentment? But no her immediate answer was Its such a pain
to replace all those documents! She hit the target in one! So we
moved to Step 3, tapped on Even though I believe [its a pain]...
and by the end, when we checked the intensity, her physical pain had
disappeared completely. 15 minutes no meds complete relief.
Neat.
So what other questions can you ask, to identify an event or belief
related to how your problem makes you feel now?
Scan down the list below, pausing and reading out loud any
questions that resonate with you. Make a note of any related
events to use in Step 2.
As you practice this, I think youll be amazed at what surfaces,
and at how quickly you can make a conscious connection between
the way your problem makes you feel, and personal experiences,
events or beliefs...
WHY do I feel that way?

WHAT else has caused me to feel that way?

WHO has caused me to feel that way?

What did they say or do to make me feel that way?

What feelings do I hide?

Who do I hide them from?

What do I believe to be true about my problem?

How does this problem keep me safe?

What would I have to do that I don't want to do, if my

problem went away?

What am I afraid might happen if I did get rid of this

problem?
What's the upside of me holding onto this problem?
What's the downside of letting this problem go?
If I could live life over again, what person or event would I

prefer to skip?
When have I felt unloved?

When was the last time I cried - and why?

Is there a time when I felt rejected?

Do I have a major guilt experience?

What was my most fearful/abusive/traumatic experience?

Who or what makes me angry - and why?

What sets that off? What pushes my buttons? Why?

When is it worst?

When I get like that, what does it feel like?

What do I have to think about to feel like that?

When (or where, or with whom) does it happen?

What is my biggest sadness or regret?

What am I most ashamed of?

What do I wish I had never done?

What do I wish I had done?

What is missing to make my life perfect?

Have I ever been humiliated? Who by?

What embarrassing moments have I experienced?

Has there ever been a time when Ive felt alone or

abandoned?
Am I shy in certain situations? If so, why?

What situations do I go out of my way to avoid? Why?

Have I been bullied? Who by? What was it about?

Why do I do things in a particular way?

Have I evolved strategies for coping with or avoiding -

certain situations? Why?

When have I been afraid of failing or succeeding?

What have I actively avoided doing?

What am I afraid might happen?

How do I know I am afraid?

Where do I feel the fear in my body?

Another helpful example...

Whilst I was writing this guide, I started losing my voice so of

course, I tapped Tapping along to Step 1 for [Im losing my
voice...] didnt help much. So I asked myself How does this
problem make me feel?
I got the answer Im not being heard!
So I asked myself What else is going on in my life that makes
me feel that way? And guess what I had a close friend who had
been ignoring me for some reason, despite many recent attempts to
make contact. So I was being ignored not being heard - and I felt
rejected which resulted in me losing my voice! So I tapped for that
experience with Step 2, and then for the beliefs of being ignored and
rejected with Step 3, just before bed. The strong feeling of rejection
reduced to zero immediately and next morning, my voice was back
to normal!
So Im sure youre beginning to get a clear idea of how this
works. When youve identified a related event, go to Step 2,
summarise that event in 7 words or less, just like a movie, book
title or newspaper headline. Enter it in the blue box above the
Step 2 video, rate the intensity then tap!
And remember, as Ive said before your problem may simply
clear, as you make the connection, and break it, by tapping along to
Step 2 for that related event.
If nothing at all comes to mind, dont give up - simply tap again
for your problem using Step 1 - maybe before you go to bed - then
come back to the list of questions tomorrow and Im sure youll
make the connection youre looking for.
NOW Having identified the way your problem makes you
FEEL, finish this sentence What Id prefer to feel is.... If you
need some help, take a look at the list of Positive Emotions in the
Emotions Guide.
Then ask yourself...
Why DONT I feel that way?

What limiting beliefs may be stopping me from feeling that

way?
What experiences or events in my life caused me to accept,

or reinforce those beliefs?

You see, as well as specific events, the negative beliefs beneath
them have a powerful influence on both our bodies, and our self-
sabotaging behaviours. Of course, when we analyse them, we all
know, deep down, theyre not true! So how do they become true for
us? They are, after all, merely statements, opinions or just Old Wives
Tales!
Well, most of our subconscious programming takes place before
the age of six years old! Negative conditioning may be heard,
observed, installed or reinforced subconsciously by life experience,
parents, peers or authority figures. Its then adopted, adapted and
acted out repeatedly through our experiences, self-talk or those self-
sabotaging behaviours whether around health, money or
relationships!
So beliefs are only thoughts you keep thinking! Root out the
negative ones with 3-Step EFT, and remove those limits from your
life today!
Again, as with the Detective Questions, youre looking to make
a connection between the way your problem makes you feel now, and
some event, whether recent or historic, that you can identify - in this
case by examining your limiting beliefs.
How many of these statements, and maybe many more, have you
heard and perhaps accepted as true for you?
Was one or more of them the root cause of the way your
problem makes you feel now maybe years later?
Dont count your chickens before they hatch.

Big girls (or boys) dont cry.

Better safe than sorry.

Money doesnt grow on trees.
Life begins at 40.

All good things come to an end.

Rich people are greedy/mean/selfish/bad...

What makes you think youre so special?

Im waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Youre too big for your britches.

Nice girls dont...

You need money to make money.

Youre too young/old/pretty/ugly/fat/thin/smart/stupid...

Making money isn't spiritual.

What goes up must come down.

Women can't compete in a man's world.

Youll never succeed at school/music/art/sports/business...

Curiosity killed the cat.

Making money is a struggle.

No pain, no gain.

People like us dont...

Dont come crying to me.

What will the neighbours say?

The higher you rise the harder youll fall.

If any such statements resonate with you, see if you can

identify a related event by asking...
WHY do I believe that?

WHAT else has caused me to believe that?

WHO has caused me to believe that?

What did they say or do to make me believe that?

How does it make me feel?

If you can identify with a related event, thats great. Now its
back to Step 2!

Enter the phrase, in the blue box above the Step 2 video, rate
the intensity then tap!
And in case you need reminding - your problem may simply
clear, by making that connection, and breaking it, by tapping along to
Step 2 for that specific phrase, event or belief!
If not, its time to move to Step 3 Tap the Belief...
