Project overview: The task was divided among two categories.

1. Incident management (Daily Task)
2. Service requests(monthly release activity)

Deals with the troubleshooting access related issues arriving due to incorrect/missing authorizations
along with general user management task thereby making use of HP service center ticketing tool, the
later deals with the role management/modifications activities including Creations/deletions, auth.
object addition, org value modifications, t-code addition/deletion etc.
SAP Security:

Central User Administration (CUA) experience to create users, assign roles.

Performing User Administration including creating users, creating profiles, creating roles, assigning
profiles, assigning roles.
Performing Role Administration including creating, deleting, modifying the roles.
Troubleshoot security/authorization related problems using SU53, ST01 and SUIM.
Providing Detailed Reports of Users, User Status, Roles, T-Codes and Authorization Objects.

HANA Security:

Monthly Release Verification Activity:

modifications are moved to Production from the Development environment.

Analyze non-mitigated risks for Users and inform the Controls team for further actions.
