Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Founder-Chairman of the Lodha Group and a doyen in the field of construction. Vision and strategic
Chairman & Managing leadership has steered the conglomerate to a path of sustained growth. He is a qualified lawyer and
Director also a well-known philanthropist.

Abhisheck Lodha, Drives the overall planning for the Group. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial
Director Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. His experience includes a tenure at
McKinsey & Company, USA.

Abhinandan Lodha, Directs the Sales & Marketing initiatives and the Finance function for the group. He holds a Master's
Director Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cardiff, UK.

Rajendra Asthana, Heads the Finance and Accounting function. He has more than 30 years of experience in Finance,
Executive Director – Planning, Accounting & Taxation and last held the post of the Deputy Managing Director of State

Gopal Meghnani, Has more than 20 years of professional experience with the last 12 years with Reliance
Industries, where he was the Vice President (Legal) and Group Legal Advisor. He holds
Senior VP - Legal multiple degrees - B.Com., LLB, ACS, LLM. He. He has worked on various legal aspects
including Intellectual Property Rights, IPO-related legal and litigation.

Stuthi Vijayaraghavan, Heads the Strategy function at the Lodha Group. She holds a MBA from the Indian Institute
of Management and a Masters in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon
Senior VP - Business Strategy University, Pittsburgh, USA. Stuthi worked with McKinsey and Co with their NY office and co-
headed Corporate Strategy and Business Development for a 3Bn Euro Media and Publishing
firm before the Lodha Group. Her areas of expertise include managing strategic planning in
industries with significant disruptions, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture alliances.
