Directions
1. Preheatovento500degrees.
2. Inlargebowlmixoliveoil,salt,pepper,paprika,garlicpowderandhotsauce.
3. Addpotatoestobowlandallowtomarinatefor10minutes.
4. Usingastrainerandanotherbowl,drainthepotatoes.Collectallremainingsauceinonebowland
setaside.
5. Coatbakingdishwithcookingspray.
6. Spreadpotatoesevenlyinbakingdishandbakefor45minutes,stirringevery15minutes.
7. Frybaconandsetasidetodrain.
8. Usingthebacongrease,brownthechickencubesandaddthemtotheremainingsauce.Coatthe
chickencubesevenlyinthesauce.
9. Oncepotatoesaredone,spreadthechickenontop.Bakefor12minutes.
10. Crumblethebacon,gratethecheese,andchopthegreenonions.
