My story tells a lot, it speaks of my journey from going to school in Mxico, to the
transition to moving to the US and learning a new language, later taking college
level classes halfway in High School.

My life in Mxico began in learning the basics in the Spanish language,
struggling in trying not to mispronounce words, being my hardest

students in the 2nd grade and learn English

the language and I learned it in a month

my pears

In High School I entered the IB Programme and took higher level classes
from the start of my Freshman year, going up in the ranks, I was reading
and writing in the college level in the middle of my Junior year.

In 9th - 10th grade I took classes that were 2 - 3 grades higher in difficulty
in work, writing a lot, reading a lot and solving higher level questions

11th Grade I started the IB Programme and I started taking college level
classes and writing 5-6 page essays and 1000+ word essays until it
became natural

12th Grade I was writing in different level of writing, essays, poems and
other types of writing, writing for different amounts of people and lengthy
essays.

Conclusion
2th - 12th grade I began writing in English and it was difficult learn and write in higher
level diction and I had to develop my vocabulary even higher
If it was not for taking ELD classes or taking the IB Programme I would not have being
able to write at a higher level so early
Or even write and read in English
