obtained my Bachelor of Applied Sciences Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
Engineering in Shipbuilding Institute of Polytechnic Surabaya. I consider myself that I have
qualifications as you want.

I have good motivation for progress and growing, eager to learn, and can work with a team or by
myself. Beside that I am familiar with computer program especially Ms Office Applications and
have good command in oral and written English Communication Skill.

As a Occupational Health and Safety Engineering Student, Ive become equipped with the
necessary knowledge and skill including Risk Management and Assessment (HAZOP,
HIRADC, JSA and Dows Fire and Explosion Index), Industrial Hygiene, Fire Fighting and Safety
Management System. I had finished my training and hold Occupational Safety and Health
Expert Certificate from Directorate General Labor Inspection Development and Occupational
Safety and Health on august 2015.

My internship at Goods Supplier and Services Oil and Gas Company also afforded me with the
crucial skills to work with some of the best professionals in Oil and Gas Industry. Being a trainee
has developed in me enthusiasm and responsibility in the workplace and has subsequently
convinced me that Health Safety and Environment (HSE) position play an important role in
industry.
