1. Commencement of employment.
Your employment will be effective as of 6th July 2017.
2. Job title.
Your job title will be Admin Assistant Cum Clerical and you will report to Ms. Geetha (General Manager)
3. Salary.
Your salary will be paid every month 5th, MYR 1500 per month. I will require your Maybank account details for
salary crediting. KWSP and PERKESO will be in order from 4 th month of your service onwards.
4. Hours of Work.
The normal working days are Monday through Saturday. You will be required to work for such hours as
necessary for the proper discharge of your duties to the company. The normal working hours are from 8am to
5pm and on Saturdays will be from 8am to 12pm, you are expected to work not less than 44 hours per week
and if necessary for additional hours depending on your responsibilities.
5. Leave / Holidays.
You are entitled for public holiday and number or Annual leaves will be assigned upon confirmation after 3
month of service.
