RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. A trainee is supposed to attend both theory and practical classes, as per schedule to cover the prescribed syllabus- In case or Hartal /
Curfew or any other unavoidable circumstances, special classes will be rearranged to ever up the syllabus.
2. A trainee is supposed to wear shoes (preferably laced) during the particular training courses.
3. Fees are to be paid in full at the time of admission and the same is not refundable transferable.
4. The institute reserves that right to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.
5. A trainee remaining absent without any intimation for 15 consecutive days the institution reserves the right to cancel his her admission.
6. Any deliberate/ intentional damage to the property of institution the student is liable to compensate the same in case any indiscipline
charge found against him / her the institution has right to cancel his / her admission.
7. Home risk and drop service for the trainees can be arranged by the institution on extra charges but the same is not a binding in the
institution.
8. A trainee is supposed to maintain discipline in the true sprit, during his her training course.
9. All legal disputes are subjected to Srinagar Jurisdiction only.
10. Institution will remain closed on all Sundays.
11. A trainee is supposed to show his her respect and regard towards every member of the staff and his/her follow members.
12. Directors decision shall be final in matters of administration.
13. The student should strictly adhere to his / her opted shift timing.

DECLARATION

DRIVING INSTITUTE on my own risk and responsibility. In case of mishap during this training programme I
