 RA 8749 (Clean Air act of the Philippines), it is a comprehensive air quality management policy
and program which aims to achieve and maintain healthy air for all Filipinos.
RA 9003 (The Ecological Solid waste management Act of 2000), it provides the legal framework
for the systematic, comprehensive and ecological solid waste management program of the
Philippines, which shall ensure protection of public health and the environment.
RA 165, it is an act creating a patent office, prescribing its power and duties, regulating the
issuance of patents and appropriating funds.
