4. Spring Newsletter- David will coordinate with John Dees.
5. Date for Spring meeting is May 6th.
6. The board received written legal advice from the attorney regarding the collection
of the maintenance fee. The letter will is posted on the web.

New Business
1. Request by Randy McDonald to share advertising costs denied.
2. Jon Lux has agreed to be the Webmaster for the website. Request Jon to update
the website.
3. Insurance- requested a copy of the current policy. Still awaiting receipt of the
policy to determine the adequacy of the insurance.
4. Boyd will follow up with a letter on to delinquent accounts and liens will filed on
seriously delinquent accounts.
