Dear Lily,

Subject: Occupied reserved room

Im afraid that the room I originally booked last September 9, 2017 was not provided to us.
Before going to Vivere Hotel, I confirmed my booking and was told that the rooms reservation
was under my name.
But when I arrived at the hotel, someone was already occupying the room.
Other than this complaint, Ive always found the service of Vivere Hotel to be excellent.
Id be grateful if you could refund the payment I paid for the three day stay in Vivere Hotel.
