APPELLANT FILES CLAIMS OF MISPRISION OF TREASON, PURSUANT TO 18

U.S. Code 2382

DEFINITION

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the

commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be,

disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United

States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of

misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than

seven years, or both. (June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103322, title

XXXIII, 330016(1)(H), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2147.)

The Appellant Mohan A. Harihar has clearly identified within the record of this Appeal, and

similarly in the related lower Court Docket No. 15-cv-11880, evidenced claims of judicial

misconduct where a federal judge(s) has made the conscious decision to continue ruling after

LOSING JURISDICTION. Since identifying these crimes (alleged), the Appellant has

necessarily brought claims of TREASON to the Constitution against: 1.) US District Court Judge

Allison Dale Burroughs, 2.) Chief Justice Jeffrey R. Howard and 3.) most recently on

September 19, 2017 against Circuit Judge William J. Kayatta Jr. Please note it is interpreted

that the RECUSAL of Judge Burroughs in the related complaint, HARIHAR v. THE UNITED

STATES, Docket No. 17-cv-11109, re-affirms Treason claims against her (6 counts).

Serving as witness to these evidenced claims of Treason, aside from the Appellant, are ALL

Appellees/Defendants AND their retained counsel:

As witnesses, Appellees/Defendants and their retained counsel have failed to report, or concur

with the Appellants evidenced Treason claims. Therefore, claims of MISPRISION of

TREASON, pursuant to 18 U.S. Code 2382 - 2 counts each, as it pertains to allegations

against Judge Burroughs and Chief Justice Howard. are hereby brought against parties listed

above. A third count will be brought against any referenced party who fails to

report/acknowledge the evidenced claim of Treason against Judge Kayatta, filed on September

19, 2017. Parties are given until September 29, 2017 to concur with the Appellants evidenced

claim, and to serve as witness. Please note, unlike Misprision of a Felony, 18 U.S. Code 4,

Appellees/Defendants are unable to seek refuge under the Fifth Amendment. In addition,

evidenced Fraud on the Court claims against ALL Appellees/Defendants negates any fifth

amendment protection, or sovereign/judicial immunity.

The Appellant respectfully reminds the Court that JURISDICTION remains an issue. Circuit

Judges - Torruella, Kayatta, Barron, Thompson, and Chief Justice Howard are considered

to have lost jurisdiction and are no longer allowed to rule in this litigation. Any attempt to

do so will be interpreted by the Appellant as an incremental act(s) of Treason under ARTICLE

III.

additional supporting information upon request.
