 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. TERM This applies to all buyers or customers. New terms and agreement will be issued to interested
business partners and is still subject for approval of both parties.

2. PRODUCTS Single origin coffee is being sold to our customers, collection of beans from the Cordillera
Administrative Region of the Philippines specifically in Baguio Benguet, Sagada Mt. Province, and
Kalinga.

3. PRICE The price indicated is already the net amount to be paid, inclusive of packaging, fee for
roasting and the coffee bean itself. No delivery fees to be added.

4. ORDERING PROCEDURE
1. Choose the type of coffee you want to order
Let us know if it is:
Raw or roasted
Just beans or grinded (note the machine to be used)
2. Select the weight you need
3. Place your order thru email or SMS
4. Make a payment before 1:00PM for next day delivery
5. Send order thru SMS 09163012320 or thru email thenortherntaste@gmail.com

5. PAYMENT Full amount should be deposited in our BDO or BPI bank account. It is important to
deposit your payment before 1:00PM to include your coffee beans for next days delivery. We strictly
follow No Payment No Delivery policy.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY All information gathered between The Northern Taste Coffee Co. and end-
customer or business partner will not be disclosed to any third party.

7. DELIVERY Our courier partner, ABest Express Inc., handles the package with care, making sure that
you will receive the package without damage. With the help of our courier partner, we can deliver your
coffee beans free of charge in any part of the Philippines. In the event that thered be damages, you
are required to notify us immediately of any damage. It is essential to have a damage report issued and
filed with the carrier. We will replace any damaged merchandise only upon acceptance of the carriers
claim. We will replace any lost goods in the same manner they were originally shipped. We would like
also to stress that we are not held responsible, nor can we accept, the return of merchandise damaged
in transit without proper written consent. If a shipment is delivered to the customer in a damaged
condition it is the customers responsibility to immediately report this damage to the carrier and, if
possible, at the time of signing indicate on the delivery receipt.

9. RETURN, EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND Applicable only if wrong item was received and reported
within 2 days after receiving the item.
