SKILLBOX INVENTORY LIST
Do a "Brain Dump" of all your guitar knowledge in the rst list called What I know. It is ne to use
sub categories to help you organize your material. Then, in the What I am working on list, put
everything you are currently working on. Finally, write down all of the things that you will need to
know in order to reach your long term goal as a player in the What I need to know list. These
lists should be updated regularly to help you stay on top of what you need to practice.

SMART ZONE PRACTICE SCHEDULE
This is where you will plan what to work on during your practice session. Put a couple of things from
your "What I know" list into Zone 1. Then pull 2 to 5 things (how many will depend on how much time
you have for this practice session) from your "What I am working on list" to go into Zone 2, as well as
possibly something from the "What I need to know" list when you are ready to tackle something new.
Finally schedule Zone 3 with a couple of fun and creative things, from any of the lists.
