Location: 2120 North 35th Ave, Phoenix
Date: Friday, August 11, 2017 at 7:02 p.m.
Suspect: Hispanic male, 35 years old, 5'5", 140 lbs., black hair, brown eyes and mustache. Wearing a
flannel shirt, shorts, black shoes, black sunglasses, gray baseball hat and a black bandana on his
face.

On Friday, August 11, 2017 at 7:02 p.m. the suspect walked into the Circle K wearing a black bandana over his
face. The suspect pulled out a knife and started to go behind the sales counter while telling the clerk; in
Spanish, to give him something. The clerk yelled for help causing the suspect to turn around and leave. The
suspect was last seen riding a bicycle northbound.
