LMS Observations

1. Retail Application Fee taken in LOS, how is that linked in LMS to the loan
account.
In short all fees taken in LOS, how is that visible and linked in LMS. Where do
we see the fees collected till date for that loan account.

2. Service fee facility currently not present in LMS.

3. After Offer is accepted by client, if fixed charge document is made in house by


MHC, the client should pay Fixed Charges Fees in LMS and proceed further for
disburseement initiated in LOS.

4. In Last tranche disburesement, Life premium and building premium for a month is
taken.

5. Mutilple document required for disbursement of first tranche.


. Fixed charged document registered by registrar to be uploaded in
system for (Loan approved for completion/renovation of house)

6. LOS needs to send to LMS if the client is wishing to generate the fixed charge
document from MHC(InHouse) or from Notary(Outside). This will be required for LMS
to understand, if Registration fees and fixed charge document preparation fee
should be collected or not

7. Option to capture in LOS if the expenses pertaining to Fixed charge to be paid


upfront(before opening of a loan account) or to be paid fom Tranche itself (while
first tranche disbursement.

8. If in LOS there is a joint account loan to be taken, how is that taken care in
LMS? Repayment against same loan account is done through SDA of both husband and
wife!

9. It is not a compulsion that disbursement will be done on a tentative


disbursement date. System should allow to disburse past disbursement tranches and
the FRD should be calculated based on actual last disburesement date.

10. System should have provision to allocate multiple cheques for a single
disburesement.

11. AML check should be there while disbursing a tranche.

13. For Treasury - Borrowing


13.1 Post vouchers at account level only - At authorisation of master
record. Internally fire an activity 'DEAL' for all receipts created
13.2 For another Inter borrowing from the same Bank, no need to create
seperate account under borrowing product, just simply increment receipt under the
same account, but generate a unique reference number for receipts to identify
uniquely
13.3 Interest application for borrowing to be written on the same lines
as that of Term Deposit on repo rate
13.4 LIQUID activity should be handled internally using a new screen
with radio button option to display multiple accounts for different options viz.
maturity,...

14. For Treasury - Other Bank Deposit


14.1 While posting a ILPRDR, doing deposit with other banks, system
should take the deal account using transaction client and CR the same account

15. Property Management should be developed so that it can be showcased to the


client for this milestone

16. First repayment should be made from PEL account only for loans

17. Currently LOS is capturing mode of repayment viz. SDA, BSO or SDA & BSO. But
that is not captured and validated in LMS, if the remittance instruction is not
created accordingly. This is an integration between LOS & LMS

18. Document Validate button to be given at KYC master

19. 'Tranche not taken' to be still developed. This is just a lookup added in the
system

20. 'Tranche Cancellation' still to be developed

21. VAT Computation on fixed asset as per BRD

22. Reduce the customer's utilized limit for a branch (revolving) based on a
parameter, if on loan install payment or on loan closure

23. Day End Balance transfer from CBS to FMS at Product level

24. Re-locking of account should be done if PTP is broken

25. For Loan Origination System


25.1 EA to capture Site address details, Land Area (m2) and purpose of loan
at application stage
25.2 Multiple options for Repayment mode and corresponding LTV% should be
captured at sub-facility level
25.3 Validation of Requested loan amount not exceeding the LTV should be done
at collateral valuation
25.4 Documentation should be configured as per the customer requirement

26. For same customer number under the same product, system should not open another
TD account. It should send the existing TD account and open a new receipt against
the same account

27. Option to transfer the Interest Payment for Term Deposit to 3rd party bank
account

28. Global Limits maintained in LMS should be financial year wise

29. Preview of receipt which will be given to client on doing CASH transaction

30. Shadow balance and actual balance should be displayed in the receipt while
doing CASH as well as CHEQUE transaction

31. While doing clearance for the cheque collected from customers, there should be
a facility to capture the clearance date

32. Facility to record cheques in the vault

33. Lodgement process to be done after Day End. Excess cash above the branch cash
limit should be deposited in the MHC's current account after end of day

34. While doing ACTCLOSE for savings, the system directly closes the account
without doing partially close. The interest computation is incorrectly being done
