PT. Lamindo Inter Multikon adalah salah satu perusahaan swasta nasional
yang bergerak di industri pertambangan Indonesia, yang terletak di Pulau
Bunyu Kecamatan Bunyu Kabupaten Bulungan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.
Di wilayah ini PT. Lamindo Inter Multikon mempunyai luas area
penambangan 844,759 Ha, untuk saat ini melakukan penambangan di tiga
Pit yaitu Pit Mitra, Pit Warga Utama dan Pit 10 dengan target produksi
sebesar 500.000 ton/bulan atau 6.000.000 ton/tahun yang hasil
produksinya akan di ekspor ke India.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, produksi yang dapat dicapai alat Muat

Excavator Doosan S500 LC-V dan Alat Angkut Mercedes Benz Actros
4046 AK yaitu, pada Pit Mitra untuk 1 unit alat muat adalah 351,48 ton/jam
dan untuk 10 unit alat angkut adalah 346,60 ton/jam, pada Pit Warga
Utama untuk 1 unit alat muat adalah 351,48 ton/jam dan untuk 6 unit alat
angkut adalah 334,44 ton/jam, pada Pit 10 untuk 1 unit alat muat adalah
351,48 ton/jam dan untuk 7 unit alat angkut adalah 347,62 ton/jam. Biaya
operasi untuk 3 unit alat muat Rp. 7.005.237.327 / tahun dan untuk 23 unit
alat angkut Rp. 36.480.403.246 / tahun, sedangkan biaya sewa alat untuk
3 unit alat muat Rp. 6.681.600.000 / tahun dan untuk 23 unit alat angkut
Rp. 38.419.200.000 / tahun. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan analisa
Present Worth Cost dan Future Worth Cost, biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk
alternatif beli alat adalah alat muat PWC = Rp. 42.167.033.200, FWC =
Rp. 204.090.893.239 dan untuk alat angkut PWC = Rp. 225.573.383.683,
FWC = Rp. 1.075.389.048.452 sedangkan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk
alternatif sewa alat adalah alat muat PWC = Rp. 26.933.529.600, FWC =
Rp. 166.764.049.920 dan untuk alat angkut PWC = Rp. 154.867.795.200,
FWC = Rp. 958.893.287.040.

Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan analisa Present

Worth Cost dan Future Worth Cost maka alternatif yang akan dipilih
adalah menyewa alat karena Cost beli > Cost sewa. Dalam hal ini yang
dipertimbangkan hanya pada sisi biaya investasi operasional saja.

PT. Lamindo Inter Multikon is one of the national private company

engaged in the Indonesian mining industry, which is located on the island
Bunyu Bunyu Bulungan District of North Kalimantan province. In this
region PT. Lamindo Inter Multikon has an area of 844.759 hectares of
mining, this time to mine in three Pit Pit Partners namely, Pit and Pit

and to 7 units of conveyance is 347.62 tons / hour. Operating costs for the
third and unloading equipment unit Rp. 7,005,237,327 / year and for 23
units of conveyance Rp. 36,480,403,246 / year, while the cost of rental
equipment to fit tool unit 3 Rp. 6.6816 billion / year and for 23 units of
conveyance Rp. 38.4192 billion / year. From the calculation using analysis
Cost Present Worth and Future Worth Cost, costs incurred for the
purchase of alternative tool is a tool unloading PWC = Rp.

Based on calculations using analysis Cost Present Worth and Future

Worth Cost, the alternative would have is to hire a tool for purchasing
Cost> Cost lease. In this case that is considered only on the operational
investment costs alone.
