My understanding in this statement is that it is about forgiving people around us which is considered as

our brother. In life there will always be struggles and difficulties. These causes chaos and lead people to
argue about something. Sometimes we didn't expect that people who are close to us, they are the one
who hurt us the most. It depends on them if they will hurt us or they will be the reason behind our
smiles. The decision on their hands but all we have to do is to forgive and accpets what happened.
Forgiveness is letting go of the past and starting over with a clean and peaceful mind. It is accepting the
fact that people make mistakes. We are all human beings, we are capable of making mistakes but at the
end we have to know how to forgive. If you choose to hurt me, it's fine. If you choose to left me behind,
it's fine. If you choose to betray me, its fine because I know, whatever you choose you will still be my
little brother, I'll accept what you did, I'll forgive you and bring the lesson you gave to me.

1 John 3:15

Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in
him.

I chose this verse because this reveals the implications of hatred in people. Hatred leads to murder just
like what happened with Cain and Abel. Hatred should be replaced by forgiveness and acceptance so we
can achieve the peace of mind and soul. We should consider our neighbors or the people araound us as
our own brother because we are considered as sons of God. We should help one another to fulfill the
missions that God gave us.
