Analysis of the variables of the evolution of the organizations:

Structure: In this variable, we have than organizations characterized to


century's beginning xx for the not much flexibility, funcinales were structures,
pyramidal and a lot of emphasis in the areas was done . But this structure
matched evolving and up to this day it is extremely flexible, more fluent, where
work comes true in team. We are in the era of knowledge, where economy
turned into global economy. So that the competitiveness of the organizations
is intenser. Flexible, capable structures are in need of becoming adapted to
the changes in this context.
Cultural variable: It is had in this variable than at the beginning of the
century XX devoted himself to great value the experience, but although
experience is important, change is necessary to add him and invention,
knowledge, creativity and proactive attitude, that he is what the organizations
of this new century of knowledge have added themselves.

Variable of the surroundings: At the beginning of the century XX, the


institutions moved at static surroundings, few changes, it was not difficult to
take decisions because they were the majority of the variable possible to
control. Today the surroundings in an organization are changing totally,
uncertainty is the characteristic of the present-day surroundings, also
organizations are unpredictable, job than today, a political decision the fact

Variable people: This variable has to do with what today we know like human
resource, elks in the beginning of the century XX, people were considered
factors of production, static factors of control were considered, because rumor
had it that people did not want to work and they should have gotten under
control. In this new century, this concept has changed completely, today one
considers himself to be to her human like a proactive, intelligent being,
creative, motivated and with competition. Today the challenge that the
administrator in order that the human being get around that way has, has to
do with the capabilities that the administrator of leadership, capability to have
influence in those people in order that his behavior lead to obey the objectives
short and long term of the organization possess .

For that reason today people are considered beings endowed of intelligence,
since they are creative, innovative, with knowledge and abilities. Therefore, it is
that we must be aware of these changes that have been produced in the previous
variables, that means that we must be aware of the importance to acquire
knowledge to be to the vanguard of what the world of today demands to us in the
context of the worldwide globalization.
