Sir,

SUBMISSION OF 300 LEVEL AND 400 LEVEL MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

STUDENTS FILES /DOCUMENTS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF ILORIN

This is to inform you that the 300 level and 400 level Mechanical Engineering students
files/documents have been taken to the University of Ilorin as you directed. This is part of the
farming out process of Engineering students.

On our(myself and the two students representatives) arrival at the Faculty of Engineering,
University of Ilorin on the 7th May,2013, we were informed that the Dean of Engineering was
away on official assignment to Abuja and that he was expected to be in the office on Monday,
13th May 2013. However, when he was contacted through a telephone call, he directed that
our Students files should be submitted to his office.

The details of the documents submitted were as follows:

I) Students Departmental files- 300 level (11 Nos) and 400 level (30 Nos).
II) List of the students together with the summary of their O-level results.
III) B.Eng(Mechanical Engineering) curriculum
The aforementioned documents were submitted to the Faculty officer (Faculty of
Engineering, UniIlorin) in the presence of our students representatives (Rabiat Mohammed
with Mat. number: 08246040 and Umoren Edidiong Simon with Mat. Number: 08246010).

Please, you may wish to refer to the attached documents, which shows the proof that the
Faculty officer (Faculty of Engineering, UniIlorin) has collected the aforementioned
documents.

Suggestion

That the University of Ilorin be requested to expedite action on their decision on the entry
requirements for the students that are being farmed out, so that, in case any of them is
rejected he/she could be placed appropriately within the shortest possible time at the
University of Abuja since we have just commenced our 2012/2013 academic session.

Thank you Sir,

Dr I.M.Dagwa
