STEP 1: Enter local level names in cells B19:G19. Leave cells blank if there are levels that do not exist. There MUST be a name in the '1LD' column
STEP 2: Enter the names of all the LD stores in column G. The total number of stores will automatically appear in cell I10.
STEP 3: Enter the population served by each LD store in column H.
STEP 4: Enter the names of the higher level stores which supply each of the LD stores.

Slection de dpts
Dmarrez ici. Suivez les instructions ci-dessous. Aprs
l'TAPE 5, les instructions sont dynamiques et s'affichent au
fur et mesure que votre avancez.

TAPE 1 : Entrer le nom des niveaux locaux dans les


cellules B19 G19. Si certains niveaux n'existent pas,
n'indiquez rien dans les cellules correspondantes. Vous
DEVEZ remplir la cellule G19.
TAPE 2 : Entrer liste de tous les dpts du DND dans la
colonne G. Le nombre total de dpts apparat
automatiquement dans la cellule I10.
TAPE 3 : Entrer la population desservie par chaque dpt
DND dans la colonne H.
TAPE 4 : Indiquer le nom des dpts du niveau suprieur qui
approvisionnent chaque dpt du DND.

TAPE 5 : Noter le nombre de dpts du DND. Accdez la


feuille Taillechantillon et relevez la taille d'chantillon
correspondant aux niveaux de confiance et de prcision
souhaits. Reportez-vous au guide de slection de sites pour
l'valuation de la GE

proche. Slectionner l'option dsire. Lire la taille de
l'chantillon

Slection de points de prestation de services
Suivez les instructions ci-dessous.
TAPE 1 : Dans la ligne 12, partir de la cellule C12, entrez
le nom des dpts DND coloris dans la feuille
SlectionDpts.

TAPE 2 : Dans la ligne 13, partir de la cellule C13, entrez


le nombre de sites de prestation de services chantillonner
pour chaque dpt DND. REMARQUE : vous pouvez
chantillonner un ou deux tablissements uniquement.

TAPE 3 : Dans les lignes 14 33, en commenant par la


cellule C14, entrez le nom des sites de prestation de services
approvisionns par les dpts DND dj entrs.

TAPE 4 : Les sites slectionns de faon alatoire sont


surligns dans chaque colonne (de C ...). REMARQUE :
l'chantillon surlign dans chaque colonne change jusqu' ce
vous arrtez la saisie des dones.
