Expression of Interest is invited from Original Equipment Manufacturer/Authorized Dealers/Local
Representatives/Local SSI Units/Registered Firms already in the trade, for supply of below mentioned
Spares/T&P/Equipments/Hardware items required form time to time for day to day Operation,
Maintenance/Construction of Power Sub Transmission network of this division during the financial year
2016-17. Tender Document can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs 500/-

The following documents are required in the bid.
1. Business establishment address Proof with photograph.
2. Copy of PAN Card.
3. NOC from Electric Department (PDD) for clearance of dues of the Business establishment ending
March 2017.
4. Sale Tax registration Certificate.
5. Clearance Certificate of Income Tax/VAT (Copy of last return).
6. Copy of CDR pledged to the undersigned amounting to Rs 25000.00 (Rupees Twenty Five
Thousands Only) as earnest money in favour of Executive Engineer, Sub Transmission Division
Kathua.
The material of required quantity shall be purchased from time to time if the same is not available in the
Divisional Store and Electrical Central Store Division of Power Development Department. The bidder
may quote rate for all or any number of list. Copy of CDR pledged to the undersigned amounting to Rs
25000.00 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousands Only) as earnest money in favour of Executive Engineer, Sub
Transmission Division Kathua.
