VEGGIE PIZZA

Ingredients:

2 cups of water
1 cup of oil
salt
350 grammes of flour
2 red peppers
2 onions
anchovies

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix the water, the oil, the salt and the flour to
make the dough.
2. Put the dough into the oven plate and spread it.
3. Put the vegetables and the anchovies on the
dough.
4. Add oil and salt on top. Bake at 200 degrees,
three quarters of an hour.

CHICKEN WITH MIXED VEGETABLES
(SAMFAINA)

Ingredients:

1 big chicken 1 courgette


1 pepper garlics
1 aubergine chicken broth
1 onion olive oil
2 tomatoes brandy
2 carrots

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut the chicken, stir-fry with olive oil.


2. Add brandy and reduce alcohol.
3. Take out the chicken and reserve.
4. Cut the vegetables in small pieces. Stir-
fry the vegetables in the chickens oil for
20 minutes, on slow burn.
5. Add the chicken and the chicken broth
and cook for 20 minutes.
6. Take out of the stove. Serve hot.

ZUCCHINI CREAM

Ingredients:

3 zucchinis
1 potato
1 pot of cream of milk
1 pint of chicken broth
salt
(olive) oil

DIRECTIONS:

1. Wash the zucchinis.


2. Peel the potato.
3. Boil the potato and the zucchinis in the
chicken broth.
4. Add salt.
5. When it is cooked, beat all very well.
6. Add the cream of milk and oil.
7. Taste and add salt if necessary.
8. Serve cold or hot.

You can add some pepper.

CHERRIES COCA

Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
1 cup milk
1 cup anisette
1 cup muscatel wine
16 grammes leavening / yeast
aprox. 300 grammes flour
sugar
cherries

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all the liquid ingredients with the leavening or yeast.
2. Add flour until it doesnt stick at your hands.
3. Let rest until it grows its volume.
4. Put the mixture into a greased oven dish and add the
cherries.
5. Pour some sugar on top.
6. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.

VANILLA PANACOTTA WITH RASPBERRY COULIS

Ingredients:
500 grammes whipping cream
50 grammes sugar
2 slices of neutral gelatine
1 vanilla sheath
150 grammes raspberry
40 grammes ground sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut the vanilla sheath, open and tear it with a knife
and extract the pulp.
2. Heat the cream and add the sugar and the pulp.
Reduce the stoves temperature and stir for ten
minutes. Then turn the stove off.
3. Put the gelatin in a bowl with water during five
minutes. After this time, add the cream and mix
rapidly.
4. Put the mixture in little bowls. Cool them in a fridge
during one night.
5. Prepare the coulis: Mix the raspberries with the
ground sugar and beat it. Put the coulis on the
panacotta.

SPANISH OMELETTE

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 kg potatoes
oil and salt (the necessary)

DIRECTIONS:
1.Peel and chop the potatoes.
2. Fry them in oil.
3. Beat the eggs and mix everything.
4. Cook the mixture in a pan.
