AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP OF PERSONAL PROPERTIES

FOR CONTRACT OF PLEDGE

I, CELESTE BOBBIE N. KOSO, of legal age, Filipino, single,

and residing in Block 10, Lot 1, Parol Street, Florence Vineyard
Subdivision, Barangay Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga,
Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, state

1. That I am the true and absolute owner of the following personal

properties, to wit:

ROLEX 114270 Explorer Oyster Perpetual Mens Watch

ROLEX 114234 Air-King Oyster Perpetual Mens Watch

2. That I intend to deliver the personal properties as a collateral to

secure a loan that I am applying for from GENOS Pawn Shop
located in Room 202, Denmark Building, Barangay Maimpis,
City of San Fernando, Pampanga;

3. That I hereby warrant title and ownership over the above-

mentioned personal properties and I will defend the possession
of the Pledge from eviction;

4. That I execute this Affidavit of Ownership to attest to the truth of

the aforementioned facts and in support of my application for a
loan and for any other legal purposes that this Affidavit could
serve.

this 26th of December 2019 at the City of San Fernando, Pampanga,
