Before Starting EOY

Ensure that the latest Legislative data is applied in the instance.

Run Gather Schema Statistics for HR Schema to ensure


optimum cost based performance.

Run Balance Architecture Diagnostics Report can be used to


identify any Invalid Balances. Generate Run Balances need to
be run to validate any Invalid Balances.
Form16 For Mid Year GRE Transfers

Transfer the Employee from GRE/Legal Entity A to GRE/Legal


Entity B

Run the Payroll as of Last Day of GRE/Legal Entity A. This will


generate Separation run results in GRE/Legal Entity A

Run the Payroll for Payroll Period in GRE/Legal Entity B

There will be 2 Form16 generated in this case - one in GRE/Legal


Entity A and other in GRE/Legal Entity B
