AGREEMENT WITH RESPONSIBILITY OF LARGE CATTLE

We, Mr. Margarito Racoma, Mr. Nerio Apiag, Mr. Yunos Racoma, both of legal ages,
married, Filipino Citizen, and a residents of Barangay Balagatasa, Maigo, Lanao del
Norte, Philippines, after being sworn in accordance with law, hereby declare that,
we are responsibility and obligations over a large cattle;

That, we are the responsibility of loss or damage of said HORSES, by virtue of this
agreement give consent to use and caretaker of said horses, own by Mrs. Arnold M.
Bocayong and Charita M. Bocayong, subject to the condition that in the event, if the
said horses loss or damage due the force majeure, negligence, except fortuitous
event, we are obligation to replace of the same quality at our own expenses;
