Jogja International MUN (JOINMUN) 2016 will mark its fifth annual conference. Since its establishment in
2012, JOINMUN is the most prestigious international MUN held in the territory of Indonesia, with hundreds
of delegates coming from 10 different nationalities around the world. Touched with astonishing Indonesia
and Javanese culture, it offers authentic and unique vibe to the delegates ranging from the opening ceremony,
the city tour, the social night, until the closing ceremony. With its uniqueness, JOINMUN serves Arab
League Council, the one-of-kind committee from any other MUNs in Indonesia and around the world.

This year's moot problem concerns the recruitment and use of juvenile pirates by a Non-State Actor as well
as its attack by contaminating the river flowing to a Lake called Mirror Lake by Salmonella. Two rationae
materiae charges are contended, namely the former as crimes against humanity and the latter as war crimes.
This is an Appeal Chamber which will challenge the Pre-Trial Chamber VI's Decision that found grave
breaches of Article 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia is the highest judicial body in Indonesia. Its existence
is granted under Article 24C of the Indonesian 1945 Constitution. To date, it possesses 4 (four) principal
authorities, namely:
(1) Deciding on Judicial Review over Law below the 1945 Constitution towards the 1945 Constitution;
(2) Deciding on dispute of authority between State Institution which authority is granted by the 1945
Constitution;
(3) Deciding on the dissolution of political party; and
(4) Deciding on the dispute of the result of general election.

Jogjakarta International Model United Nations (JOINMUN) 2015 was held in Harper Mangkubumi,
Yogyakarta. Serving as Director, I led the council of UNHRC (United Nations Human Rights Council)
which subsumed 48 delegates coming from 5 different nationalities across the globe. The topic presented was
Press Freedom which resulted the delegate of Namibia won the Best Delegate, the Kingdom of Netherlands
as the Most Outstanding Delegate, Saudi Arabia as the Honourable Mentioned, and Mexico to win the Best
Position Paper Award.
