complete with cleats clamps. The manufactured shall
certify that HT Panel as been manufactured as per Wapda
specification P-44:96 or any other latest publication and
stands responsible for any modification required by

VCB MV ( Vacuum Circuit Breaker)

1:630 Amps 11 KV triple pole draw out type Vaccum

Circuit Breaker (VCB) make Areva , ABB ,Siemens (Made
in Germany) or Wapda Approved Breakerfitted with
manual operated spring charged mechanism indicator for
spring charged/discharged and VCB ON-OFF position 2
overload trip coil and 1-earth fault trip coil to work in
conjunction with protection relay (IDMT) breaking
capacity 350 MVA or 25 KA at 11 KV.

Panel, 3 phase, 3 wire 50 Hz in free standing design all
accessories with 3 phase copper bus bar of rated capacity
630 Amps, inter- connections fine wiring with cleats and
ferrules, earthing bar, connecting studs. Manual charging
Handle, cable sockets, designation labels, holding down
bolts all necessary material complete in all respects,
equipped as mentioned below and manufactured by any
one of the manufacturers PEL, Siemens, Areva Fico.
Provision for XLPE 15 KV cable complete with cleats
clamps. The manufactured shall certify that HT Panel as
been manufactured as per Wapda specification P-44:96 or
any other latest publication and stands responsible for
any modification required by Wapda without any extra

3 11 KV MV Grid End Panel Board For Wapda Grid Station

Supply of fully metered MV Panel at WAPDA Grid Station

fabricated by Wapda's approved manufacturer and
conforming to Wapda's specification No. P:44:96 to be
installed in Wapdas Grid Station by WAPDA. Sheet metal
clad indoor floor mounting cubical type 11 KV HT. Panel, 3
phase, 3 wire 50 Hz in free standing design, including all
accessories with set of 3 phase insulated copper bus bar
of rated capacity 630 Amps, inter- connections fine wiring
with cleats and ferrules, earthing bar, connecting studs.
Manual/Motorized operated charging Handle, cable
sockets, designation labels, holding down bolts all
necessary material complete in all respects, equipped as
mentioned below. The panel after inspection by Cheif
Engineer Design (NTDC) shall be handed over to SE. GSO
LESCO Lahore. The supplier/manufacturer shall certify
that MV Panel has been manufactured as per Wapda
specification and stands responsible for any modification
required by Wapda without any extra claim and will
provide the Wapda test report if required.

VCB MV ( Vacuum Circuit Breaker)

1:630 Amps 11 KV triple pole fully enclosed Vacuum

Circuit Breaker (VCB) draw out type fitted with manual
operated mechanism having mechanical indicators for
spring charged/discharge position, visual ON-OFF
indicator, having 2 overload trip coil and 1-earth fault trip
coil to work in conjunction with protection relay (IDMT)
breaking capacity 350 MVA or 25 KA at 11 KV.

4 Electro Mechanical Backup Meter KWH & MDI

 Supply and installation of Electro Mechanical Meter CT
operated 100/5 as backup Meter of Wapda Approved
Manufacturer with the consultation of M&T (West) of
Lesco. Contractor will be responsible for calibration of
meter from M&T also get approval from Lesco for
installation of this backup meter.

5 STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER 11000V/415V

Supply, installation and commissioning of transformers

completed with lifting hooks, temperature indicator, LT.
and H.T. bushings, double float Buchholz relay 220 V,
manual tap changer, oil gauge, breather, conservator, filled
with oil, filling plugs, cooling elements, drain cock,
earthing terminals, roller wheels, LT. bus properly
connected in steel box to cover total LT. side, all necessary
materials for connections on H.T and LT. side, rated voltage
11000/415/240V, impedance to be specified by the
manufacturer, system connection. D -Y 11 neutral solidly
earthed, transformer oil including cost of all necessary
materials complete in all respects for the under
mentioned capacities. And according to Latest IEC-60076.
