Tourism is closely related to human existence. Tourism will certainly have an impact on
humans, including the health aspect. It is based on the reality that tourism will affect economic
growth, environmental and social. In developing countries, economic espek considered the most
important because it affects the promotion of tourism. Tourism is considered to be one of the
supporting sectors of the state economy. From the growing tourism sector supporting sectors that
contributed the economy. It can empengaruhi health sector to improve services. In addition it allows
people meet their food better. Despite the fact that the health sector is not enjoyed by the local
community. Even tourism is becoming the cause of environmental damage. Especially in developing
countries that do not regulate the sanitary system of tourism as well. The development of tourism can
also damage the ecological environment.
Tourism in the country is often considered developments negatively impacted the social
culture. Changes in lifestyle and food affect public health. Mental health problems are also to be
disrupted because of changes in traditions and social values. Through tourism potential spread of
disease outbreaks because of the tourists who travel and move. Travellers have the potential to
transmit disease and are also contracting the disease. Health workers in the tourism sector.
This paper presents the problem of the relationship of tourism with human health. This paper
presents a lot of problems and provide insight into the tourism relationship with human health. but in
this paper describes the conclusions less covering the entire contents of the journal

Provision of real public house after the construction project is completed indispensable. So
the support of stkeholder will also affect the emergence of new products and services to the economy.
Especially the stakeholders that should be united in supporting the approval of a compact manner.
The development is sustainable development. Housing is not only oriented to the residence. The
provision of public services like these are needed to call for support for economic growth and
development. But the government considers the real deficit problem in Nigeria can be resolved. One
way is to conduct innovation cooperation. For that governments at all levels must work together.
Public house estate is one of the services of the government. In realizing the provision of public houses
may by agreement voluntary compact between government agencies and the public. Yet effective
public policy and management development that are currently lacking in public housing in Nigeria is
expected to be increased if the compact strategy is implemented. However, effective public policy and
program development and management-that are currently lacking in the public housing sector is
expected to be enhanced if the provision Nigeria compact strategy is implemented. Supported by
taking total control of the project development and management required post-construction activities
(Callanan, 2005) to the achievement of these goals and to appropriate the benefits of sustainability.
However, it is doubtful to achieve improvements in estates (public) when the level of social housing,
means and correlations between relevant stakeholders' assumed to be weaker or less in the process.
Also, the lack of effective prediction compact agreement can be associated with unsustainable social
housing and housing estates delivery and post-construction management, when compared with the
increase in population, remains the major problematic issues facing the country.
reliance on a single framework is a practice that is inappropriate for use in maintaining
harmony among the stakeholders' social housing estates in unit shipment and post-construction
management. This study provides results help to expose and create identified by: government;
property developers; estate surveyor; and policy makers-making; the benefits of such a compact build
consensus and provide information that building effective compact agreement is the best practice to
be encouraged and adopted to provide improvements in social (public) post-construction
development and management of housing estates. Compact agreement, when built, will provide an
opportunity to do the right thing at the right time. As a result, the compact agreement helps to give
rise to optimistic desire contribution to good governance and public policy response, thereby
contributing to a more favorable relationship between corporations and communities. This study
proposes that adopting this approach would drastically reduce the feeling of being unwanted people
about government and various institutions affiliated with public housing construction and post-
construction management.
The findings in both qualitative and quantitative analyzes have shown that through the
compact construction of the agreement, the search to find a better cooperation and coordination
mechanisms between the elements different from the network can be achieved and the government
is to become a broker expert contract and builder confidence than the hierarchy in the whole process
(top to bottom process). incessant shortage of social housing estate, the quality and the deplorable
conditions experienced in Rivers State
Repaired, the government should not be limited to the responsibilities of leadership itself.
Government should facilitate and ensure a better process of instituting effective cooperation with,
and the relevant bodies in the construction of social housing and the management of post-
construction so that public housing is never ending deficit estates can be eliminated or reduced to a
minimum in the neighborhood of Rivers State and in Nigeria overall. strong reciprocal relationships
needed by all parties to the agreement are compact, and at the same time, should be supported and
sustained by the development of appropriate policies in the area so that sustainable public housing is
achieved. improvements are needed in the quality and quantity of public housing estates delivery and
post-construction management in Nigeria.
This paper presents an understanding of effective compact agreement to include the
problems and obstacles that may occur. but in this journal is still less present his conclusions are easy
to understand.
